Try to buy a new PS5 pro for 750 last night, when I was about to pay they told me the only way to get it was to join their membership for 25 dollars a year. Went to Walmart and bought it at the same price same shopping center better and service. They need better employees and better sales tactics with training.

I came over at 5 to get my brother a game card, it was locked and there was a sign saying they had to step out, from 4:45pm to 8:10pm. The store closes at 6. And this isn't the first time this has happened either.

Makes no sense as to why a policy change that happend after my policy went into effect should affect my warranty. I find it very unprofessional to sit here and not honor that fact that my warranty was made before the policy change so gamestop should honor that policy agreement

The person inside was patient and helpful, however did not have the video game I wanted. However, it had cute plushies, kids stuff for Nintendo switch, latest popular games, and as all the game stops, the disc is given to you once you pay.

This place is always close I went 4 time and the first time it said to come back at 2 and we came back at 2 and it was still closed

This location always has issues... the main bad issue that the advertise prices are not correct... they have been an dollar her and there. My last trip, I picked an use game and when they scaned it the price was $10 more. They wont honor the price and the manager doesn't care if they false advertise

Terrible customer service. I attempted to make a purchase online today and the GameStop website malfunctioned and took the money from my card, but did not complete the sale. After spending an hour on the phone with my bank and GameStop to get that corrected and the money put back on my card. I then came into the store to make the purchase in person, so that I would not have that same trouble with my credit card online. And the woman in the store would not sell me the $600 worth of merchandise unless I purchased a $25 membership. I was attempting to not only purchase a PS5 but also an additional controller, and probably several other items or games. So this store just lost out on almost $1000 over trying to force me to purchase a $25 membership that I did not want. Also when I originally purchased it online I was not made to purchase the $25 membership. Seeing as it was an error on their end they should have at least honored my original purchase. Not to mention, if I sat in my car right now and made the purchase again online, I could pick it up in the store without the membership but rather than just provide me with good customer service and check me out while I was in the store, she refused to make the sale without the membership. If anything, I should get a FREE MEMBERSHIP because I'm spending over $600+ dollars. Completely unbelievable. Extremely disappointed. Will not be returning to GameStop. And if you need a membership to shop here that should be stated on your websites and store signage.
