Don't buy anything here just save your money and get it from a larger retailer. They don't honor their warranty. Just charge customers 30% over market then tell them they will sub out a used controller

If I could give no stars I would. I walk in the store to get a controller and another guy walked in after me and Ronnie I believe his name is did not acknowledge. Either one of us didn't look up at all. He was sitting down on a computer doing something as I approached the desk I'm waiting to be acknowledged, and he didn't look at me and say, "one moment I'll be right with you" Nothing. So I took the initiative to tell him what I wanted so then while still sitting around and started scanning all the controllers, looking for the one that I specified I wanted, and I told him "if you would get up off the seat and look for the controller, you would find it." then he proceeded to say you know what I'm not gonna serve you you can get the fuck out of my store. I was completely blown away at that response with the lack of customer service. I got from this kid was unbelievable he deserves to be fired so then I let the other customer go in front of me as I took his picture. Then he realized that I took a picture of him and demanded me to delete the photo he wanted to see me physically delete the picture and I disrespectfully declined so then he told me to wait all while this other customer is trying to check out not to mention this other customer was mute, he goes to the back as if he was going to grab something so I said, "what are you gonna get a manager you said you're the only one here" and that's when he approached me got in my face and demanded me to delete the picture again, telling me repeatedly that he didn't want his picture taken. Rodrick definitely went out of his way to help my son pick out the best Funko Pop. Highly recommend this location! Super friendly staff and helpful!

So my Son is Autistic and loves plaing video games. our rules are as long as his chores are done, room clean , and hes all Hygiene up then he can play video games all day. Well gamestop has a return policy on used games a week or less you cam return it ...... My son will beat a game in 3 days easily. Hes been doing that. and all of a sudden game stop on rainbow and cheyenne said my account has a red flag for to many returns.....The reason i signed up for the pro account and come to game stop in 2023 is because of the points and that policy... i then called customer service and asked is there a limit???? and guess what there is none.... so the guy behind the counter was telling a lie about my account being red flagged

This place is a joke! There's plans they claim that save you money and don't do Jack.. example: You buy a controller, get the insurance, the controller stops working, you take it back instead of them giving you your money back or replacing the controller free of charge.. They use the insurance, Kicker: they just used your insurance, and the insurance is only good for 1 use. Then, you must pay $15 more to get another insurance for 1 year, lol.. Even though you just bought the controller and had it for only 1 or 2 weeks.. It wasn't dropped or broken it just stops controlling the Xbox altogether.. If I bought the controller from Walmart and this happened, I could return it or trade it in for another within a certain time frame, like 90 DAYS!!!!! I will not be buying anything else from Game Stop.. I see why this company almost went out of business..

Updated my ps4/ ps5 they were super helpful saying it was worth the upgrade fast snd no waiting for playstation to load no more loading waiting time thank you game stop love your guys service like always great people good staff knowledge

Just walked out of here still sitting in front of store. Not sure of girls name( white girl) but she talks to fast first off all.You can’t get a word in. She is a know it all. Her favorite word is unfortunately. She is not helpful at all. GameStop must be owned by individuals as she doesn’t want to help me at all. Maybe help navigate anotherGAME STOP that may have what I am looking for. She is useless to someone like me who is NOT AT ALL VERSED in the GAMING world. She has a smart mouth. She should not be in customer service. I don’t know about PlayStations always being out.She was speaking to me like I had all the knowledge in gaming as she does. No not the case that was why I was asking her. Too many Game Stop locations to deal with this know it all!

Worst service ever. Usually they are friendly and willing to help.This lady over here, disrespectful since I get in the shop, not even letting me ask if they have or no something that I was looking for, they just said is not in stock or is not easy to know if it’s already coming.Terrible customer service.
