Nothing wrong with staff super friendly and hopefully have been coming to this game stop for over 12 years. However, save your money and go else where. Warranty program has changed you can no only exchange the item you bought the warranty on for pre owned items. And if the store doesn't have your pre owned item you have to drive around to others hoping they have the pre owned item or you can wait until the one closest to you has one returned. Even though they warranty was sold as "break your item and exchange for a new one" that warranty no longest exist and employees cannot honor it.

Was gonna come here because my home store didn’t have a game I wanted but after reading these reviews I think I’ll just get it off amazon or something ? you’d think after so many bad reviews they’d fire that girl everyone talking about

I was here looking for a PS4, I took my time to look at the consoles and the store was completely empty, however, the girl who attends never took the trouble to ask me if I was looking for something, or at least "say welcome", Then I went directly to her to ask about the consoles, "what PS4 console would you recommend to me", her answer was very rude and unimportant, she literally said she didn't know, someone else came in and asked the girl something and it was the same way. Beyond the fact that the girl didn't know, her attitude was very arrogant, I had the money and I wanted to buy but I just felt poorly attended and unanswered to my questions since I'm a person who doesn't know much about consoles. I feel that a person who works here should know what products he is offering and above all have a good attitude, since that is the face of an establishment

This was my second stop at Game Stop in two consecutive days. Today was worse than yesterday. Terrible customer service from Nicole wannabe store leader. She made me feel that I unwelcomed the store. I am a 56 years old black man just wanting to get some games for my grandchilden. She rudely cut me off several times as I was asking questions. I told her that she need training on her customer service skills as I chose Game Stop over Walmart. She was talking about me to new customers as they walked through the door. The new customers were attacking me because of what she said. All they saw was a Black Man telling a White Woman that she needed to work on her customer service. Racism still exist in 2023 ever if you are the customer. I will never visit that location as long as I see Nicole. Whoever hired her is doing Game Stop a disserive. She belongs in the military as a drill sergent.

Employee on shift today was beyond rude no customer service at all. I ask for help with the Xbox controller that were on sale and all I got was there on the wall. Walked out right

I have had many good experiences here, but the lack of communication between employees and relaying correct information to guests makes me feel this is more of a 4 star location than a 5 star location.

The girl assistant manager that works here is unbelievably rude and is in no way helpful. My boyfriend bought and xbox adapter, on his way out she said to him “good luck with it” and he brought it home and opened it and it was broken. We went to exchange it the next day and she told us that we weren’t allowed to and that she could get fired if she exchanged it. Even though on the receipt it says allowed to return defective items 30 days after purchase. She then said that she’d exchange it and that was the last time she would do it. We brought it home and it ended up being broken. This girl should be taught some manners and read the rules on the receipt. It’s annoying that he spent 50 dollars on something that’s defective and he was not helped in anyway shape or form. No wonder there’s so many gamestops that are closing, because there’s people like this that are working there and are driving customers away.

Usually our experiences with gamestop are frustrating. But Chloe made today a process so much easier and took the time and patience to help us out, and explained everything to us with so much patience. She was amazing and can say the best gamestop employee we've come across. If I could give her a 10 star review I would, you're amazing girl!

Recently got a ps5 and went to trade in my ps4 pro. When I walked in, the lady working there was in a conversation with some friends hanging out at the store. She was very rude when I asked for help, could tell I was annoying her by pulling her away from her friends. I said I wanted to do a trade in and the first thing out of her mouth was "you'll only get 85 dollars" and was hoping I'd walk away at that point. That was fine because I have 2 ps4 consoles and really wanted to get another ps5 controller. She "tried" to hook up my controller to the console but I explained the charge port was damaged, you have to hold it at an angle to get the controller to sync. As I went to show her, she literally ripped the plug from the wall without even turning the system off and said she couldn't help me. I was pretty mad so I said, "sorry for asking you to do your job, hopefully you can get back to your friends now." It is sad this company got bailed out and they will still fail because this is the type of people they employ.
