I got MW3 as a gift for my birthday. However, it was opened by them. when I went to return it because it was for ps5 (I have xbox series s digital), they did not accept because it was opened. It was opened by them. Then they said that i could trade it in for something different. Mind you, it is a 70 dollar brand new game. They offered 35 bucks. Not to mention, they talked to me like I was mentally slow, like I just got concused and did not know whatIwastalking about.

It's a decent enough game stop. But I've gone multiple times during their posted hours and they're closed. One of the openers seems to be frequently late. I just go to Amazon

Bought A refurbished PS4 at this place, ran like a jet and was dirty. Tried to get it cleaned but but they sent me to the bestbuy across the street. They did not pick up the phones to tell me if they cleaned the PS4 either. Waisted time, poor customer service. Oh and yes, bestbuy can’t even open the thing. Overall awful experience.
