You would think in a harsh competitive landscape that GameStop would somewhat evolve and adapt. No, same ole sleazy tactics just spun up with a twist. Don't forget to read the fine print and run it through a decryption algorithm to understand what's on sale, clearance or requires mandatory sign up to Pro Plus reserve subscription service. Outrageous.🤢

GameStop in general is bad. After getting a phone call promising a product. I show up. And not only can i not get it but they want me to buy a $25 membership in order to get the item I was promised on the phone by the manager. I know they are struggling, but I can’t believe they’re gonna go after their customers like that and for that reason, I’m done with GameStop.

My 8 year old son loves our Blue Diamond GameStop! The staff is courteous, informative, and has great pricing for new and used games for gaming enthusiasts!

Trying to support GameStop in this digital age however it is difficult when they have a blond bearded store clerk (Mathew) running the store that acts like he hates the world and everyone in it.

Wayne is very helpful, especially when it comes to Playstation products. Even when he didn't know something, he took the time to research it and give me the best options. I ended up not getting anything, but unlike other stores, that I won't mention, he didn't make me feel lesser because of it. Will 100% come back when I'm ready to get a new system because of his amazing customer service.
