Refusal to take back faulty merchandise.The GameStop on Charleston and Rainbow actually sells products and has a store policy that allows them to leave the consumer holding the bag. Any business that does not stand by their merchandise, consumers should not stand by them. Period. I could press the issue, but I don't have the energy at the moment. But I have two years to think about it, and so do they.

Customer service is absolutely horrible. Also they charged me for a membership and refused to refund me. I never agreed to this.

Great store, great staff. Bought a game that didn't work on my console, they were glad to exchange it for one that did work. Tons of cool toys and games. Nice location. I had questions, they answered them without acting like I should have already known the answer. I will definitely go back and buy more stuff from them.

Came by on 1/11/24. My son was excited to purchase his very first game. Unfortunately none of the employees assisted. They were busy talking behind the counter. Poor customer service! Better off at another gamestop location rather than this one.

Was dead set on never going to a GameStop again after a previous experience at a close by location w someone named Michael (I’ll post that review very soon for that location). Then luckily I was fortunate enough to have Amanda as associate and she was very welcoming and honest answered all my questions and helped me through my purchase.
