Very rude cashier today 07/31/2025 3:30 pm, asked one simple question and immediately was pissed at me for just walking in I guess. I said hello how are you doing he ignored me and said how can I help you. So there you have it folks, bloodlust exists at this location, maybe too many Rated M games in his system. I didnβt do anything to deserve that.

The employees i dealt with were knowledgeable and friendly. This store compared to other GameStop's is clean and has a wide selection of items and used consoles.

Gamestop has gotten super exspensive over the years, might as well vuy your gaming needs on amazon, its not even fun to go in anymore.

Went in to grab a Switch 2. Computer systems were down and had to wait about 15 minutes. Was able to secure the Switch 2 w/out a preorder on launch day. Would have gotten 5 stars but they are really pushy on the extended warranty, loyalty program etc.

They had 50 Prismatic ETBs according the stock app and once we got there the wall said 34. They kept 16 ETBs for themselfs or to back door. Calling Corporate on this issue. That is disgusting! I dont care if you keep 1 or 2 for the employees but 16. Naww thats foul!

Super rude staff. Donβt waste your time going to this location just go to a different one. Hopefully GameStop will see this and can train their employees on customer service a little bit.

DO NOT SEND IN VALUABLE CARDS UNLESS YOU WANT THEM LOST BY GAMESTOP!
I sent in a large PSA order totaling over $4k in Pokemon Cards on 11/17/25. My order has been lost in transit since December. I have reached out to GameStop 6 times now and they acknowledge there is an issue and promise to follow up, but I have not received one follow up call or email from any of the 6 managers I was escalated to about this lost submission. Do not submit your cards using their PSA service.

On this day in question(06/16/24) I have to give the 1 ?. It not for the store, but more so thr employee. Marc!(Short/fat/bald) want to make sure he wasn't on some else's computer. Marc had a chance to make fathers great, and chose not to. I came in the store, with my wife looking for a father's gift. Notice signs of buy 1 get 1 50%off. Cool, got a shirt, chose a hat. Mentioned the sign to Marc. Who said that was old and the employees forgot to take it down. It is 3pm in the afternoon, and now you want to take the sign down. I said we'll are you gonna honor it, he chuckled and said "nah"!. WOW! Ended up just getting the shirt. Marc didn't get the extra sale, and got a bad review from me. Great customer service buddy ? ?.

Helpful staff, good selection, decent pricing. My son wanted Pokemon cards and they have a good selection of different types. Also, a good selection of Nintendo Switch, Xbox, and PlayStation games and accessories.
