Placed an order online , received an email my order was ready for pick up , upon arrival wasn’t greeted etc which is fine . I informed him of my order and showed my id since that what the email instructed to do and was told without even checking for order number etc that my order wasn’t there . I had to ask what to do should I call customer service and was told I could or just come back tomorrow… poor customer service …

This game stop is chill, small but full of selection. I like the employees here because they actually care about the gaming experience. Also its a great spot to submit cards to PSA ! Check out the video!

I had a great experience at GameStop recently, thanks to Amanda! She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process of trading in my older consoles for a PS5 Pro. Amanda made what could have been a confusing process feel easy and smooth. She explained everything clearly, made sure I got the best value for my trade-ins. Her professionalism and friendly attitude really stood out. If you’re heading to GameStop, I highly recommend asking for Amanda — she truly went above and beyond!

This location has a good staff. Most of the time we go in they are dealing with scammers, and they handle them so well and are able to remain professional while dealing with other people's bull. Good variety of games and usually is well stocked.

Came in to do some trades and pre-orders. Wayne gave absolute rock star service, so if you see him, you know you're in good hands. I normally only see him over at the Blue Diamond location, so I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in and saw him this morning.
