Ella was very friendly and provided exactly what I was looking for! Needed a single joycon and got exactly what I wanted. The refurbishing on it makes me wish I got a second joycon because now my old one feels "loosey" by comparison. Would come again if I lived here!

Rarely do I ever give five stars, but Elle was really the star of the show today being the only person there and managing multiple guests! I had a couple of questions since it's been awhile since I last been to a GameStop but Elle was very knowledgeable and transparent in regards to the return policy of used games and was very humorous as well! From what I was told, you have a 7 day return period and if you don't like the game, they'll completely refund you! Overall, this GameStop is very clean and nice, though the parking area can be a bit tight. Overall my experience here was fantastic!

This location deserves a 0 star due to the lack of customer service and verbal harassment we received while in the store. The boys that work there are just that, boys. They do not know how to greet someone when walking in, treat someone with respect, and remember the customer always comes first. Customer service is dead at their location, save yourself the agony and choose another location. corporate-office-headqua…Look this up and you will see how many people are disgusted with Game stop customer service. It's an epidemic!Purchase your items at Best Buy or Target. Update I was sent an email saying I did not give enough information fort review and they took it down. I see they haven't yet so here is the entire incident. I went into the store to purchase 2 gift cards. Waited ten minutes watching and listening to the boy at the counter carrying on with some girl nothing to do with business. they ignored me and my girls. i finally asked if they could help me, the girl said sure who I don't think worked there. The boy was very rude he was black and treated me very poorly. I put the money on the counter and he looked at me and said "put the money in my hand". I laughEd and said no it's right there. He obviously had issues with white women and his ignorance for good customer service. The girl started yelling at me and told me to "take my $3,000 purse and get out of there". my daughter then yelled at her and said dont talk to my mom that way. and she said a very rude comment to her and I told here she better shut her mouth. I told them they shouldn't be working in customer service because they were inept. then we left. If I go back into this store and see this boy working there I will file a complaint with the BBB.

Duncan did not do his job as a "manager", he did not know his own company's policy and refused to give me a refund after providing all the information that he needed to do his job properly. He insisted because it was a online order and purchased through PayPal, he became as unprofessional about the whole situation as can be. I asked for the manager and he said he was the manager, then I asked for his manager and he responded with how they don't give out that information? Finally he gave up his boss's name and it's supposedly a "Rodger Castner", but of course he cannot be contacted at all with a phone number or anything, like he doesn't want him to know about how his "managers" treat paying customers. Overall one of the worst customer service experiences I've come across in a very very long time.

Just went in today to by 2 copies of Dragon Ball fighterz. Now I normally don't ever look at my receipt because I trust them. Turns out that they are automatically adding a $3 warranty on every game you buy. Now I don't know about you but to me that's $6 that can go towards something else other than warranty for a game that I normally take great care of. So to all you fellow Gamers out there that shop at this GameStop check your receipt before exiting the store. That means more money in their pocket and less in yours.

Dontae was amazing. He has helped me multiple times and even called me when I left my card. He is amazing and really cares about his customers. I would give 6 stars to him if I could. ❤️❤️❤️

This is my go to location! It does get pretty crowded at times and waiting in line becomes excessively long. But the employees have always been more than willing to help. I wanted a game. Online it stated this location had it but they did not. I talked to a employee and he looked it up in the system and he also stated that it says we have 1. He searched and searched then apologized but that wasn’t all. He checked with every other store found a store that had it and then even called to confirm and put it to the side for me. This employee to me went above and beyond and that is why I keep coming back. Even if they do not have what you want they will do their absolute best to find it for you. Wish I would have got his name. But either way Thank you GameStop guy!
