After making an appointment on the phone with Best Buy/Geek squad for replacement of a frontscreen from a Samsung Zfold 3 they tell me at arrival they don't do Samsung flip or fold phones. A trip for nothing. And do t bother trying to complain or find a solution. You'll be talking to some call center on the other side of the world that have no clue what they are doing.

This place gets a 10 below zero rating. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They were absolutely no help at all they are not even in the United States. I highly recommend if you are looking for electronics go somewhere else. I wasted $600 buying a fax/copy/scanner machine and no one knows who to call or talk to for tech support.

I needed a motherboard upgrade on my PC at the Geek Squad on Rainbow in Las Vegas on January 2nd. To be fair I should have backed up my PC beforehand but money was tight for me. Buying a new hard drive was a lot for me at the time and the Geek Squad there told me they could handle all of the backing up for me so I trusted them. After the upgrade they completely lost hundreds of GB's worth of valuable data on my computer. Literally everything in my Documents section of my PC was completely wiped after the upgrade. I took it back multiple times and told them my stuff was missing and maybe I was looking in the wrong areas of my PC for it. They searched for hours and it was all gone. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR COMPUTER!! I spent hundreds of hours on valuable music files which I produce on FL Studio. All Gone. Medical documents, work related documents and all of my homework from college, Gone. At least they installed the motherboard correctly but they lost everything on my computer. These people should honestly be fired.

Made appointment 8 days before earliest available appointment and bought what they wanted here waiting for repairman. Arrival window of 6 hours, narrowed to 4 hours day before scheduled appt. Waiting thru the time window called got recording appt schedule or today 9a to 1p for this phone#. Several calls and chats later advised our assigned tech unable to make it today and we could reschedule next available appt. 8 days from now. There was evidently a note in our file saying we ere to to be called days ago to reschedule appt. Everyone very addled by notes and very sorry!!

Came in with a Samsung phone that came out last year, they said they don't work on my model of Samsung phone, which is untrue given all the people who repory this phone is serviced at Best Buy Geek squad generally.They just shooed me away basically. Waste of time.

Omg love these people they know what they do. I they are all so respectfully, bought a yearly plane and it's so easy just make an appt by phone or use the email to make am appt to fit your time to get anything done with your computers or printers or anything technical done. Don't have to wait in line for very long, I have been there 4 times now a d waited may e 5 mins fir them to help me, but they do say I. Will be a couple if mins and they will get to you and yes always a few mins. Get what I need done and on my way. Plus if I need something Best buy has everything you need, I needed a new printer after they checked mine but I guess mine was too old to be compatible to my new laptop so I found one they and made my appt next day to get it all set up for me the next day. Tech was really great and showed me jow to get home and get it hooked up to my WiFi after they added it to my laptop.Great service you all.

Unfortunately because computer manufacturers don't care about their products quality, I've had to take two new computers to Geek Squad. We paid for a membership so all we do is pay for parts, not service. They have fixed every issue brought to them so far. A desktop that kept crashing when software was run (a hardware problem), a laptop that got a black screen with visible cursor (also hardware problem). All work great now.

These guys are slippery. Just one of several examples:I bought Apple air pods (pro - $250.), I've since brought them back for repair/replacement about six times by now. I told them I no longer wanted them because eitherA. Their tech is defectiveB. They're trying to get away on-the-cheapIn any event, when I told them I wanted to return them they said ''We didn't actually sell them to you - Apple did. You have to see them about refunds or exchange. I went to the nearest Apple store and guess what - they said ''We'd help you if you'd bought them from us but you bought them from Best Buy - sorry"'Is this the new retail??

If I could give a 10 stars ⭐️ I would definitely give the manager Mike and his associate Bri a 10 all the way. The willingness to help me and go above and beyond was amazing. They are the reason why I give my money to this store because of the passion and happiness they give to their customers. We need more people like them in the retail world.

Rude wreckless drivers. Got a photo of only one of the 2 vehicles that cut me off. One was a prius C and the other is this hulking van. These guys were driving around like theyre in a chasing scene in an action movie.

I called for just getting help getting my files off the phone. I was given excuses and denied help.You know, being called a Geek was originally not a compliment. It meant you were a weak, unattractive, clueless, and socially inept person who could only show off by being a brain.That's exactly what it was like today. I called because of your past reputation. But you didn't help me at all. You were whiney, weak, and full of excuses. And it's really annoying to see that when so many have lost so much.

Best Buy Elite plus member for years here.I purchased an Unlocked S10 at Best Buy Mobile department and I was sold the protection plan. When I needed my back glass replaced, I was told it had to be an entire phone replacement because they do not repair Samsung phones in Nevada. Why was I sold a protection plan and not given that information? They said they only repair iPhones. And the guy at the counter suggested I go to California since that is the closest place where they can service my phone.I want all my Money back for the time I have been paying for a protection plan on a phone that is not covered by Geek Squad, if they won't service my phone, even though the phone was purchased in the store.I will never buy another phone and or protection plan through Best Buy.
