Great family owned business that goes back many decades. Honest as the day is long. Owner has surely forgotten more stuff about car alignment/suspension than probably every tire place technician behind a laser machine in this town combined. Honest as the day is long.
Can & has done multiple cars & trucks for me over last 20 years. Last job I needed done was a steering wheel knocked out of center. Had my car in/out of the shop fixed in 15 minutes or so. Wheel is centered & car driving down the road perfectly again.
This is the exact kind of business people should be supporting.

First of all . I have MULTIPLE truck I mean MULTIPLE. Which means I have gone to many shops in the Vegas valley. This is will be my last stop and only stop for all my trucks . Very honest and straight forward and does that what they say . Amazing service . Will continue to get my service

Great shop. I just had my Toyota truck aligned and couldn't of gone any better. I like dealing with the actual person that works on my truck. I personally rebuilded everything on my truck, motor, Trans, axles, etc. The only thing I don't do is obviously the alignment. I don't trust anybody to work on my stuff. I will absolutely recommend them.

*Appointment availability was a bit scarce (~2 weeks).*I did not care for the upfront vetting on my choice of replacement suspension components.*Front desk experience was positive/personable.*Suspension components were NOT torqued. Need to verify work.I've got a truck who's sole purpose is to carry my family and travel trailer on memorable journeys.I brought the truck in after recently replacing all of the suspension components (XRF) and new tires (Nitto), based on the word of mouth recommendations and their ability to work on lifted vehicles.With the alignment completed, I hitched up and loaded the truck for the next trip. Somewhere in the CO mountain pass, it became evident the truck had lost alignment.When we reached our travel destination, the tires on the steering axle were deformed, with evidence of severe cupping. I went underneath the vehicle over only to discover the track bars were loose and not tightened to spec, at all.I spent the remainder of the trip constantly correcting, while making minimal steering input with a fully loaded trailer and my family on board.Upon returning, I took it to Arrow Alignment who was able to successfully dial in the suspension and also provided witness marks to ensure the the bars were properly torqued with no movement after driving.

Wow. That's all I can say about this business. Real old school customer service that you definitely don't find in this town. Wanted my alignment checked and Jodi told me on the phone that it was probably tires that needed to be balanced. I took it in and anyway and in 5 minutes they said the alignment was fine and have the tires checked, no charge. I should have listened to her but I'm glad I went because I was able to meet two great people that are honest and a business I can absolutely recommend to friends and family without fear of being disappointed. Need more like these.

Do NOT support this guy!! He’s supposed to be the local expert. He was not in my case. My truck was steering like a tractor. All over the road and hard to keep it between the lines. I took it here. They did an alignment and told me everything was tight and in good shape. I still had the problem. I thought it was the steering gear or something. Drove another 20,000 miles while I could save up funds. Took my truck in to get the steering gear box fixed and low and behold. These mechanics put my truck up on the rack and showed me a VERY worn out right front wheel bearing! There’s no way an experienced expert front end guy should have missed this!! Tires showed no wear because I have them rotated every 5,000. This guy is no expert. I would not even give him my dirty underwear!
