The receptionist lady is one of the rudest and disrepectful person I have ever encounted. I felt humiliated and degraded working with her everytime I had to call or ask her a question she would give me attitude and roll her eyes. Stay away from this branch at all cost unless you want to be treated horribly from the receptionist. Management needs to have a serious intervention with her about her attitude. Everyone else is great but she brings this location down.

There's not enough good things I can say!! From Angel, Mike, Mr Howard and the guys in the back thanks for your hard work and getting my truck done ahead of time. Hands down the only body shop I'll ever use!!!!!!

BEST auto body shop in VEGAS.
Daniel manages shop and they do everything perfectly. Use this place. I had Tesla that other shops said couldn't be repaired.
Great work, preferred insurance company shop, fast work, all the right parts, good communications.

Great customer service, awesome work they fixed a few scratches that were not associated with the Accident. They were able to get my truck completed a week early.

this is my second time here, once again ANGEL is the guy !! he was able to help me out with a warranty check on their previous work. he’s professional, kind, & definitely goes above in his customer service.

This was my 5th time here since 2013. This time, not my fault. Amazing job and even fixed an unrelated issue that wasn't even discussed nor charged for.

Friendly staff problem is they took my car apart before the insurance company told them how much damage there was to look at the car you wouldn't know anything was damaged. It was a hit-and-run on me. Waited three weeks before I got exact quote and the insurance company would not pay what they should'veand Gerber seem to care about me signing off on the car took me three times to get it smog and there was nothing wrong with it. It just hadn't been driven in a while only 12,000 miles on it pleased with the communication at all.

Very nice and fast service! Got a scratch and dent on my Prius and it was repaired in 4 days!
The area looks like new! And it matches. Angel and all crews in the shop are great!

Don’t trust this place worst place in business.
I dropped my car by the time the car rental dropped me off to pick up the car I realized that I forgot my watch in the car I call them immediately and they said we will check for u I went there they said they couldn’t find anything absolutely they took advantage of the policy that I have to take everything before I give them the car expert people they know what to do.
