Don’t trust this place worst place in business.I dropped my car by the time the car rental dropped me off to pick up the car I realized that I forgot my watch in the car I call them immediately and they said we will check for u I went there they said they couldn’t find anything absolutely they took advantage of the policy that I have to take everything before I give them the car expert people they know what to do.

Don't trust them they did repairs on my vehicle and damaged wires for my sensors and the zip ties my wire harnesses to stay connected like really in my bumper and want me to pay for a rental car ?? they hide things they break on your vehicle ⚠️

Terrible And Rude Customer Service, Terrible Management, And Waited For My Car For One Month And Still Gave Me Bad Service On My Car, I Really Don’t Recommend This 5415 S Decatur Location ??

I want to give 3 stars, but decided that the work was done quickly and looked great! That being said, I had a Geico claim and the amount of poor communication between policies, estimators, protocols and abilities was totally whack. And while the problems could have been the Insurance company's ways, in the end my experience with the shop was from the get go just lacking. The estimator forgot we were in the lobby and let us just sit there. Then came out and I pointed out what extra I wanted done, I heard the proverbial "don't worry, I will take care of you". ( yeah right!) The extra work was not completely done, they told me 3 times that it would be done at different tines, and based on their Information, and my calling back and not getting clarification, I rented a car on the same day that they then said come get your car its finished. No way to Un rent the car...there was this fiasco about my glass repair that the estimator said could be fixed in-house, but they didn't have the equipment for a static calibration. Not sure who to believe, but in the end I still needed window repaired. I just wanted it all in one place and based my decision initially on that basis..and it did not happen .( Insurance issues) and when I picked it up my extra work was not done, after I said 3 times what I wanted done. They had done other work and the price was fair...but really, I just felt like a problem to have my car repaired..and why was thar? My self esteem is not that low, nor do I find myself too demanding. Would i ever use them again..based on results of workmanship yes. On the other levels of doing business..no.

DO NOT go here for an insurance estimate. They will jack up the hours as much as they possibly can, even if you practically beg them to simply look the vehicle over and give an accurate estimate. They quoted 35 hours to replace a trunk, a window, and the rear lights and panels, throwing what should be a 800 dollar, 8 hour job (plus paint time) to a 35 hour body job, 18 hours of paint, and over a grand in parts. The reason the estimate is so high is they placed every single attached logo, every cable, every nut and bolt, every single thing they could, to try and wring as much money out of the insurance company as possible. The estimation software will mark each of those as separate tasks, "replace trunk, replace kia logo, replace hybrid logo, replace wiring, replace left half of light, instead of "replace rear bumper, replace entire trunk, replace right quarter panel". (The trunk comes with all those logos for example, and they weren't damaged besides, they could be reused) They know this is how quote software works. They do this because on average it nets them a bigger payout when the insurance approves it, and if they total out the car there's no real loss because someone else will be by with a new job soon, and they'll still get paid for the estimate.I've got a fairly unique position in being able to gauge things like this, having a past in both engineering and mechanical work, as well as software and programming. I've removed and re-attached most of the parts they are claiming would take so long. This shop is scamming, and I do not recommend you trust them with your vehicle.

Overall great experience with this location. I was referred here by my insurance, and once my insurance provided the estimate, they assigned it over to Gerber the same day. I had an appointment at Gerber two days later to drop off my car. Drop off was smooth. They even called Enterprise to pick me up from Gerber and get me over to their location to pick up my rental car. Repairs were estimated to take 1 day, and they stuck to it and I got my car back within 24 hours. They were quick and efficient. Car looks like nothing ever happened. Angel (mechanic) was great and had great customer service. Steve at the reception desk was very friendly throughout the process and they were always responsive.

Loved the updated text throughout the whole process. Just wished their last text 'we will call you to schedule a pick up time' actually led to a phone call. I ended up calling myself to make the appt. Not a huge issue, but it really would have been nice.Service: General repairs & maintenance

AMAZING! AMAZING! AMAZING! I am so impressed! I came here and didn't have a clue as to expect. Daniel Nielson was there from the start. Upon arrival he greeted me, walked me through what to expect. He had the estimate ready in no time! I got my car back in about a week. Daniel called me and kept me up to date midway through the process. The work they did was just beautiful! My car looked as good as new. Thank you to everyone from the front line staff to all that work in the back to get things done! And to those complaining:1. Look- if your stuff was stolen, then you should have removed your stuff. People are greedy and you know better. 2. If no one came out to help you, have some compassion! We have no idea what happened that day on their end. No one comes to work to do a bad job, so hush it. Give them some grace. Go GERBER!

It’s very unfortunate to have to write a negative review, but my honest experience has been horrible and I wish I had chosen another company to work with.After 3 weeks my damages are still not repaired. I have been given the run around and received poor service from Angel Perez. I am still waiting for my tint to be fixed, which should have been completed the next day. But now I just get responses that the 3rd party company is to blame. Just like the glass company that’s shipped the glass arrived broke on two occasions.Asking for help has not gotten any results and I’ve now had to resort to this. More of my time and patience exhausted. I hope that corporate and other customers will be aware of this now.

Stole belongings more than $200 worth from the center console like we wouldn't notice when they had no business to be there in the first place. After admitting to it they said they'd refund the cash value then never went through with it. They are well aware of this situation and still was a dead end. Don't recommend Decatur location.

Pongo solamente una estrella aunque realmente ninguna merecen este lugar de irresponsables personas con el trato hacia mi persona después de haber tenido mi auto se dan el lujo de ser verdaderos ineptos no deben estar ahí como un fulano Daniel que pésimo ejemplo a su personal entiendo solo hacen su trabajo y nada agradable mi experiencia hacia ese lugar horrible al final no hicieron lo que debían hacer solo su trabajo

If I could give 0 stars I would. They had my car in the shop for over a month, and didn't bother to call to tell me they weren't even working on it!! I had to call them to see how far my car was, and the guy that answered said they couldn't start based on previous work done, but didn't let any of us know! Once we found out, they didn't want to give us our car back, or even car keys. We sent a towing truck and they still had to argue with them to get our car! Do not take ur car here !!! Management pls fix your staff, they're rude and no help!!
