They are so awesome. They got my car in fast for appraisal and the repair. And my car was ready in 6 days. which was a week faster than they quoted. They kept communication up via text message. My car looks amazing. The Enterprise kiosk was convenient. The first day, the receptionist was so sweet to offer me some hash browns (I was starving LOL). Take your vehicle there, they treat you like family.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER!!!! THEY ARE NOT THERE FOR THE CUSTOMER!!!! SHE IS EMBARRASSING!!! She was supposed to personally extend the rental car because my car WAS NOT REPAIRED as they claimed it was. The next day during a meeting at work Enterprise called me asking where the vehicle is. How do you call that professional, customer oriented or any integrity. Today heidi called AND hung up on me when I asked to speak with the manager. 2-22-2024 came to get the car and there are still BIG issues. Area prepped for pain and never painted, areas where glue is coming out from the area they sealed on the seal rather than repairing, along with other issues. Can someone call me. Picked up the vehicle tonight and it is not in satisfactory conditions 2/26/24!!! I'd appreciate soneone other than that shop that can correct their errors.

I am writing this review to express my utter dismay and frustration with the abysmal service provided by Gerber Body Shop. My car was in their care for what should have been a routine repair of driver fender and door damage, but what ensued can only be described as a series of nightmarish experiences.Incomplete Repair Work:The primary reason for entrusting my vehicle to Gerber was to address damage to the driver fender and door. Upon picking up my car, it was immediately apparent that the door wasn't completely fixed. The door handle appeared to have been broken by their staff, and the hinges were still damaged from the original incident.Pressure Tactics and Impatience:When I refused to accept the incomplete and shoddy job, the service advisor displayed an unacceptable level of impatience. It seemed evident that the rush to mark the job as completed before the end of the month took precedence over ensuring the repair was done to the required standard. I felt pressured and cornered into taking my car, despite it being far from satisfactory.False Job Completion and Communication Failures:Despite my refusal to accept the faulty repair, Gerber marked the job as complete. After days of battling with Geico, and finally obtaining approval for further repairs, Gerber astonishingly claimed I had picked up my car. It became clear that their communication was not only inadequate but also misleading and untruthful.Subpar Repair Quality:When I finally received my car nearly a month later, the quality of the work was shockingly poor. Glaring panel gaps at the repair site, incomplete painting on the fender, and a dubious alignment job that left my car pulling hard in one direction. I reluctantly took the car, losing faith in Gerber's ability to perform any work competently, and I'll now be paying out of pocket for proper repairs at a trustworthy shop.Lack of Communication and Documentation:Throughout this ordeal, communication from Gerber was practically nonexistent. Claims of voicemails left regarding updates were untrue, and I received no paperwork or had to sign anything after the supposed 'repairs.' This lack of transparency is inexcusable and only adds to the frustration.Shoddy Work and Poor Customer Service:At first, I considered giving Gerber the benefit of the doubt, thinking it might be a management issue. However, it has become abundantly clear that delivering subpar work and providing poor customer service is ingrained in their mission. There is a stark difference between mistakes, poor workmanship, and outright fraud – Gerber seems to embody all three. In conclusion, my experience with Gerber Body Shop has been a harrowing journey of incompetence, dishonesty, and disregard for customer satisfaction. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice and look elsewhere for a body shop that values integrity and professionalism.

Super bad service from the receptionists, with a very bad attitude, you supposedly make an appointment, but it's of no use, they take a long time to do their job.

Seriously disappointed and would not recommend . I have GEICO insurance and they had me go there , they supposedly guarantee the work done and after just 3 months my front bumper was starting to come off they tried saying it was from me hitting parking bumps but I am very careful. I have had my car 3 yrs and my front end never came loose like that . It was so bad my inner fenders both fell off and they wouldn't fix it and I had another body shop look at it and they said it was that they didn't properly fasten it, not a parking bump . Very disappointed

I have GEICO insurance and I chose to use this repair shop because it was the closest to my house (boulder hwy), BIG MISTAKE. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS. These guys are absolutely the mascot of boulder hwy business.I came in August 6 needing a completely new hood, fender, headlamp and radiator. Post estimate, I was told parts were going to take a bit to get here, fine. I leave my vehicle in their care for weeks before I even check on it. When September began, I started looking at the text notifications they send, it was JUST getting the final parts put on, supposedly. After another week, I thought to call and get a vocal update from either a manager or mechanic. I could absolutely not get a hold of Nicole benavidez (manager or whatever), nor the GM, nor anybody in a leadership role at this business I'm about to spend 1k at. I'm forced to show up to the actual location, where I'm told Nicole is busy and the GM is out. A thousand dollars?? I'm waiting for you ma'am..I wait 20 minutes, I see Nicole walk by the front desk muttering complaints left and right, in front of customers. Here's the breaking point:I'm on my 20th minute and I see Nicole pop out of a door to the back, the secretary is once again asking her to help me because I've been waiting for a while and I just need an update on my vehicle, that's been here over a month. Nicole proceeds to speak to her secretary in a charged and disrespectful tone, completely ignoring me standing in front of her and looking directly at her. She tells her secretary, "I don't know what to tell you, he's going to have to wait longer". I got her name, her boss name and I left.At this point Gerber, finish the vehicle on your time, that's what your going to do anyway. The lack of professionalism, meaningful communication, and concern for customers is unacceptable. Colleen Shank, the GM who was absent today, you and your team need to do better. There's no apology that'll suffice. I'll be in my grave before I spend another dollar here. Our vehicles are too expensive and crucial to us, for businesses we trust to work on them to display such negligence. 0 starsUPDATE*** I still had to wait two weeks until my car was ready, so 6.5 weeks total. The GM saw my original post and reached out to me, her apology was insincere and didn't include any money, so I hung up on her. The service still cost me 1k so I don't really consider that an appropriate apology. When I FINALLY got my car back, I noticed the engine was considerably sluggish. I frankly expected that because of how long it sat, so I went and got an oil change. After that I tried replacing my EVAP canister, it helped but it's still a bit sluggish. After getting all that done, my battery died... kind of getting fishyI replace the battery but my car is still running fatigued, although I had no engine issues before I brought it in. I actually got a tune up a month before Gerber got their hands on it, and it was running great. My guess is, these guys saw my review and decided to retaliate by sabotaging my vehicle!!Now, I'm having GEICO investigate these suckers and I'm in the process of having Hyundai's seasoned foreman verify the situation.Ladies and gentlemen, please keep your vehicles far away from Gerber! They absolutely exemplify everything you fear when making big financial decisions. Save yourself from the THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS I have had to spend since walking in those doors.

Had high hopes for this shop when they had exceeded my expectations in it being a speedy repair and communicating, but completely lacked in quality and presentation of the repairs. Had to forfeit my vehicle to the shop two more times leading to extended time without it.

Our 2020 Honda HRV was in the shop for a small repair to the rear bumper. The day we were scheduled to pick it up we realized the windshield was cracked and that occurred while in the shop. The production manager Kevin Chenette emailed me saying they took full responsibility which after months and months they gave us the run around about how difficult it's been to get the windshield. Months later of dealing with this nonsense Nicole Benavidez became our contact person and she was also worthless. It's been a terrible experience. Go somewhere else where you will be treated like a customer should with respect especially when they damage your property and don't take responsibility.Service: General repairs & maintenance

It took about a month but my car finally was fixed. They had to wait 3 weeks for a door. They didn't replace weather stripping. Left adhesive on my doors. There are still scratches from the accident they didn't fix. There are steering issues, braking issues, and my car pulls to the left. It feels like their focus was on cosmetic issues and not any mechanical ones. They quoted at $2k and ended up charging $6k. Everything they worked on is under warranty and sure I could take it back for them to fix but if thy couldn't do it right the first time, I'm not sure I trust them to do it right the second time.Wishing I had taken it pretty much anywhere else.

They do good work, try to keep you in the loop, have a nice warranty. Very respectable choice for auto work.

They lied about the estimate when your car can be picked up and cause the customer inconvenience to get a ride to pick up your car. They don't follow up with you or return your call. Your first meeting with them is pleasant, but once you sign your name, Gerber Collision don't care. YBW
