Under no circumstances bring your car here they will waste your time and give you low quality work. I understand you guys where under staffed with one of your dudes on vacation and another quitting but it does not mean I deserve low quality work because of it. It’s a shame as well because everyone was very nice but I should have to take the same car back 3 times because of quality issues. Quality issues like:
overspray on my black trim
Misaligned hood and panels
Front end rattles
Worst of all the just strait up missed a part that is slowly making the front end of my car get more and more out of alignment I’ll add a picture.if you guys want to try to make this right feel free to reach out my names under Liam or Matthew McCoy.
Edit : Was called by there general manager Preston and he was a great dude. Told me he would fix everything no questions asked.

Walked in to get an estimate BUT SILLY US we needed an Appt, for which the very pleasant receptionist was so kind n helpful in making for us & a very prompt n convenient time.
Our Claims Department from Farmer's Insurance Co, w/ David Corbett recommended because they are Dodge Approved.

I called to get my car in this shop when they opened first thing in the morning. Lady over the phone has very rude and had a defensive tone. I highly suggest to hire staff with better customer service skills. It made me not want to get my car serviced at this place.

I took my Hyundai there few years ago and they couldn't fix the right fender correctly. There was a bigger gap compared to the left. So I took it back to see if they could fix the guy took it in the back and my gut was telling me that they didn't do anything to it except to Make me feel like they were working on it He brings it back out and tells me they couldn't fix it Poor service

No concern for customer service. I took my car for a scheduled estimate, and received it as expected, and was scheduled for a repair 6 months after due to parts been delayed or unavailable. No issue with that.The real issue is they waited until 3 days before my appointment (after waiting 6 months with a damaged car) to cancel my appointment because they lost a tech which they knew about from August.Changing to another repair shop will force me to wait another 3 months because of their inability to communicate to their customers on a timely manner.

Update: Latest estimate was double the other estimates!
I suggest getting at least 3 estimates before proceeding. (-1 STAR)

PERFECT REPAIRS! I was rear ended a few years ago. They found damage inside due to high impact. Fixed & painted so looks good as new. Rental car & insurance agent on-site. Super easy process and I highly recommend this repair facility!

Deserves less than 1 star, it's a shame 1 is as low as I could go for this review. First off the attitude, I have some expectation that receptionists at a mechanic be a "people person", not openly antagonistic right off the bat. This was after they told me, "bring it over and we'll get you set up". Nope, wouldn't take my car in at all, that was a lie. I needed an estimate for the repair, "The next estimate is not available till December." Also a lie, I called back and was told I could have an appointment on Thursday 2 days out. So, they had me tow my busted car over because they would, "help me get set up" and then I had to tow it straight back to my house because they couldn't provide ANY service of any kind. Pure trash location, go anywhere else.

I recommend this auto body shop. The receptionist Linda was very helpful and friendly. The shop is on top of the repair and gives updates on the progress of the repairs. Using Enterprise rental was a real convenience picking up the car and leaving it when the car was done

I had an appointment today with Gerber for repairs to my Tesla. The appointment was set online 10-4-2023 as the website indicated they were Tesla Certified. I arrived for my appointment today 10-26-2023 and was informed they could do the estimate but were no longer Tesla certified and haven't been since August. This is truly a poor way to do business.

This place is a joke. My car insurance company had me come here because they were on my insurance's preferred list. Reading the reviews of other former customers sent by their insurance company, I can see why this place is horrible. If you choose not to get your car repaired here, they don't waste their time to do a thorough job in inspecting and estimating the repair cost properly. The person that took the pictures of my car spent about 5 minutes and was done. That's not enough time. There's seems to be a demeanor here. If you say you will repair your car their, they'll put in more effort since they want to repair your car to get paid. If you tell them you just want an estimate, they will do it quickly and miss the details. When I spoke to my insurance if they saw the damage of the inside from the photo, the adjuster said he didn't. If this place was doing their job, they would have caught it. I do my research and my gut feeling is this is not a good place to bring your car in for repairs. I also looked into BBB and see there are quite a few complaints. Get other estimates at other auto body shops to do a comparison. I would research if they have violated any regulations against the Nevada Revised Statutes.

Work was absolutely amazing! My car came back like it was fresh off the lot. They finished the job before the estimated time as well. Definitely recommend this place
