DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. They are scammers. The shoes look like they’re glued together by children with hot glue. The gems were cracked on my pair and when I tried to return them they told me THAT I WORE THEM. They have made my wedding shoes a miserable topic that makes me cry. Customer service is extremely rude. No one will talk to you on a phone. A company that has insanely overpriced shoes is taking advantage of people who saved up to buy them. Never buy from here. For your own sake. I am livid.

Karla is the best! She helped me while I was in LV several years ago and I have worked with her ever since. She is incredibly responsive, has a great sense for what styles I’ll be interested in and always goes above and beyond to find my very small size! I really enjoy working with her and don’t buy Gianvito Rossi from anyone else!

My favorite SA, Lito, always finds me the best deals and most comfy yet sexy shoes from Gianvito Rossi. I don’t live in Vegas but when I’m there I always visit the store. If I can’t find my size. He gets it for me and ships it to my home. If I can’t find give more than 5 stars I would.

It’s a simple scam.
Make sure you like the shoes 100% .
My shoes were shipped and just didn’t like to look on my feet.
I’ve cold next day if I can return them and they said that will be only store credit.
Associate also said that I’ve should knows since it says on the receipt.
Unfortunately they print the receipt and it’s already too late !!!!!
Selling high end merchandise in my opinion they shall mention no returns before you pay for it!
They just lost their customer!!!!
