But Jose the General Manager of this store reached out to me the last time I had issues and he made it right. He actually reached out to me personally and delivered the arrangement to make sure it was done right. Today I messaged him about helping me get something nice for our neighbors that watched our house and looked after my Daughter because we were in California at Cedars-Sinai Hospital for our Son for 6 weeks. “I definitely had to edit my previous review. I should always go with my second thought. But I went into the store to inquire about my missed delivery for my mom's Mother's Day. Greeted by Alexis. A very lovely, and professional young woman who quickly went to work making the missed delivery not so troublesome. She immediately went into the back stating she was just going to get me a fresh arrangement. When she returned she upgraded the size of my order and even gave me a complimentary set of their signature Chocolate Covered Strawberries. Mom was probably happier to receive this today versus Sunday. Thank you Alexis. You helped me make my mom the happiest Mother this weekend. You're the Best! “Wow just wow this place is brilliant you can buy your own personalised gaming chips which some in our group did and they were perfect. A different Personalised photo on all 6bof them and they were ready in 20-30 mins. Reasonably price at $10-$15 each. These were the cheapest we found but can not fault them at all. All of the staff were very friendly and approachable and knowledgeable. You can get almost anything gaming wise they has a large variety of packs of playing cards, different themes and tarot cards gaming chip’s, souvenirs. When we go back to vegas will definitely be going back.”

Visited this store today (9/19/25) while shopping at Towne Square with my granddaughter — we’re visiting from California on vacation. I ended up leaving with a spray lotion, thanks to Preston and his warm, friendly service! He offered testers, gave great recommendations, and made us feel so welcomed. It was such a fun store to explore, and Preston really added to the experience. Thank you!”

Came in with my daughter and wife and immediately she was patient with us answered all questions we had and even was engaging with my daughter who also loves soap so much! I will 100 percent for sure make this nectar store my go to and favorite and recommend them for anyone I know who’s looking for soaps the soaps also smell so amazing! “They have almost any little souvenir you can think of, very inexpensive. Shot glasses, tee shirts, I bought a metal, Las Vegas rolling tray. Remember back in the day scooting it under the couch. ? I also got 2 cute metal astrays to match the tray and a couple of metal poker chips, I wish I had got more, at .50 ea. (I'm gonna put magnets on the back for my fridge) I wish I had pics, I'm moving they are packed.”

“Third floor in the Plaza Hotel across the Bingo Room if you are looking for this place. I always make sure to bring snacks back when I visit certain places and this was one of them. They have a variety of snacks that many people I know would enjoy back home in Hawaii. I wish I got his name, but he talked us through certain snack items we planned to purchase. Great customer service for sure. I ended up buying way more than expected. Of course I got a variety of beef jerky and the cinnamon bagel chips. The packaging for the cinnamon bagel chips is a lot different from what I was used to but I'm sure the taste is still the same. Supporting a local small business in the heart of downtown Las Vegas.”

“It’s a pretty extensive gift shop! When you walk into the museum lobby, you see a model of El Chapo’s escape from prison. You see some wax figures from Pulp Fiction, clothing from some movies and tv shows. If you don’t have the money for the museum entry fee, you can definitely get a taste of the whole establishment by visiting the gift shop.”

After the day I had and to be told something that's pretty obvious to begin with, I am positive I would have left the shop and immediately explode into the biggest-adult baby-has-to-scream-at-strangers-and-kick-shit-, whaaaaaaaa! and it would not have ended in doing high fives with the six Metro officers across the street.
