Where do I start? How about at the beginning when I called and requested a stylus that specifically used Ola Plex which if you know anything about it, you know it’s a proprietary patented product and there is literally nothing on the planet like it. They told me that’s what they used I found out later that that was a lie and they used wellaplex which is basically a cheap knock off that doesn’t do the same thing. I I also had the exact pink color that I wanted but they refuse to let me bring my own color stating that their colors are insured but they could color match to whatever color I wanted which was a pastel pink. I was there for five hours and I left with magenta hair I felt like a freaking clown. I came back the next day for another stylist to attempt to fix the mess, which mind you just means more damage on my hair, but it was still not fixed. I literally came in there with perfect platinum blonde hair and now I have a band of yellowish orange gold around my head and then the ends are light pink. At first I did agree to not receive a refund and come back and I have my roots redone there but that was before I found out that they were lying to me about the Ola Plex and that’s why I had so much breakage, because they didn’t use it. so absolutely not I will never go back there. I asked for my money back and Stacy the owner refused I am now taking legal action this is been extremely traumatic I’m just coming off of losing 50% of my hair during Covid and for this to happen it’s so soul crushing and so traumatizing no amount of money can make it right. After posting a reel on my Instagram page within two hours I had a neighbor of mine that lives a quarter-mile from me tell me the exact same thing happened to her and Stacy was the one to do it and she had hair fall out in chunks. I get where all human and we all make mistakes and life isn’t perfect but Stacey refusing to give me my money back is so disgusting I don’t think I can stop until she’s out of business. This can’t happen to anyone else.

Brandi is amazing yesterday was my first appointment at globe. We moved here last year. Brandi was a huge relief she is fantastic. She did exactly what i asked for helped me with my split ends. I love her this is my forever salon with Brandi so so happy I found her.

Beautiful clean salon in downtown with excellent service and such nice stylists. We were in from out of town and came here for a little pamper time and it was absolutely wonderful. We will come back anytime.

Came here to get my hair styled and make up done for a special event. Brought my daughter to get her hair styled as a special treat for her.The hairstyle lacked the volume that I asked and the makeup felt like it really washed out my skin tone. I mentioned to the artist that it felt a lot lighter than my skin tone, and she tried to fix it, but it didn’t work. I added a little bit of bronzer and some blush for some color when I got home before the event.Pricing was fairly reasonable, but as I didn’t get what I had asked, for I felt a little disappointed.Thought it was kind of strange that the owner hovered around the whole time the artist was working.Must mention I really liked the capes they have in there to protect your clothing. Not the typical style that makes you feel like you’re being choked. Lol.

OMFG!!!!!!! What a GEM of a place. If your looking for seriously the greatest haircut experience you found it . Ask for Stacy she's insane from her Lavender hot towel to ear/neck/head massage, to her incredible hair sculpturing. it was such a relief to find someone so passionate, engaging and loving especially when it comes to my hair. She listens, and she just eludes confidence with her experience and touch. i felt so at home with this place i just had to write a review and i never write reviews. There's seriously so much i want to say:, massage chair while you get your hair washed. I learned she was actually in magazines for her hairstyles and experience. Such a fun atmosphere lovely staff and great all around smiley place. If that's not enough she knows all the good restaurants in town too so ask her for recommendations as well.Seriously greatest experience i ever had I'm a life long fanThank you Globe Salon and Thank you Stacy

I walked out crying. Ive had 11.00 haircuts and 40.00 haircuts. I decided to upgrade because I figured if you charge 75.00 these people must be that cut above the rest. Boy was I wrong. The staff was super friendly and treated me with kindness and courtesy. Sara and I chatted it up. Wonderful girl. But i didnt go in there to make a friend. Sadly that wont happen either because I will not go back. I brought a picture in of the haircut I wanted. Its a frontal side and back of the haircut. Sara assured me she knew how to cut that style and does them all the time. Instead of that cut I got a GYM TEACHER cut.its so short in the back it will take several months to grow it to desired length and the sides are so short that my hair hangs down in a box shape. To say im irritated and sad is putting it mildly. I gave her a 10.00 tip for the conversation and hairwash. But haircut. I would take my money back and not feel bad.Services: Haircut
