I showed up to purchase my monthly supplements and there was no one in the store and the door was locked. There needs to be staff there to help customers from the hours of operation. Terrible

Guy who shall not named let me buy 20 dollars worth of merchandise when he knew i only wanted it because it was still being advertised as being on sale for a dollar ,he was to lazy to take down 2 pieces of paper from the day before

Caught them right before going on “break” but there was two employees in store? I told the employee I was getting pre workout and she starred at me the entire time (indicating hurry up). Why is the store closing at 1:15pm with two employees for break?

Ok, I can't speak on anyone else's experience, but the sad truth is all of the reviews are old, and yet they still are absolutely correct! Hours of operation are erratic, at best. Midday closes. IF you make it in, you may not find what you wanted due to insufficient stock. Overpriced if you do. Thankfully my visits have been few, but the service interaction is short, cold, borderline rude. The verbiage used is NOT one of customer service. Do not waste your time on this store. It's alot more "convenient" to drive further to centennial. GNC= Go to North Centennial Hills. I know I will in the future.

Placed an order online to run in and run out and have been sitting in my car waiting for someone to open the store the sign on door says break but it’s been over 30 minutes. A huge inconvenience but looks like this store is known for this from the other reviews probably should close the location if no one will be here to provide service to customers.

I usually go to this GNC as it is the closest to home and don't typically have issues until today. I arrived around 3:30pm Sunday to find the lights off and door locked. The store hours are listed for Sunday's 11am to 5pm. Pretty disappointed that they do not follow their own schedule. A few times prior to this have I had found them closing an hour earlier then the store hours listed. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

If I could I would literally give this location negative stars! How tf is it that during "normal business hours" it's ghost town, every time I go ! Lights are on , open sign hung on door but the doors locked! Shut the damn store down if your lazy ass employees can't work normalBusiness hours so normal civilians aren't wasting our time and gas driving there for fkin nothing !

Checked hours, 11-5pm on Sunday, well...2pm and they're locked up. So frustrating.
