I donated some clothes to Goodwill and I came in to use my 20% discount and was told that I couldn't use my 20% discount when I donated to Goodwill even though Goodwill says if you donate you get 20% off please fire your manager for saying that she would not honor my discount wasn't trying to use two discounts wasn't trying to scam her out of anything I was literally just trying to save money after I had donated some of my items to you which I now regret

I don’t usually leave reviews, but after today’s visit to Goodwill, I had to give a huge shoutout to Miss Vicki at the front counter. She’s the kind of person who makes your day better just by being in it!
Miss Vicki is not only super helpful and quick on the register (seriously, I’ve never seen someone ring things up so fast and still chat with a smile), but she’s also hilarious. Within minutes, we were laughing like old friends. I was having a rough morning before I walked in, but by the time I left, I was smiling ear to ear.
A little story—when I brought up a quirky ceramic owl I found, she gave it a once-over and said, “Looks like someone’s nana tried a Pinterest craft and nailed it… or nailed it to the wall.” I couldn’t stop laughing! Then she wrapped it up like it was made of gold. That personal touch and her natural warmth made the whole experience feel special.
You can tell Miss Vicki cares about her work and the people who walk through the doors. Goodwill is lucky to have her—and honestly, so is the community. If you get the chance to go, look for her line. You won’t regret it.

Wow. For my son to bring me a box with a bag in it and it's engraved some nice quote. Want to guess!? It's someone's Gramma for 8.99$. How the hell are employees so careless? Like, hello not only is it awful and sad. It's illegal. Y'all win the best thrift shop award for sure 🙄 Skip coming here. My son went and told an employee and they looked so embarrassed. I thought this was something that you only see on socially media. Nope. People are that careless. Not to mention whoever donated someone to begin with. Human remains being passed around. That sounds wonderful right?

Goodwill needs to change their policy about selling items at checkout without a price tags.
I found these shoes and went to buy them. They wouldn’t sell them because the price tag was missing even though the price was written on the bottom of the shoes. When I asked when they would be priced they said not until the next day. I asked of they could be left on hold they said they don’t do that. I asked what time I should be back to get them after they have been priced I was told between 10a-12p the next day.
I came the next day around 10a and asked a worker if they had them and showed a picture of them. They went back said that they are not in a back bin and would probably come out in the next 20 mins. They did not I went to run an errand came back around 11:30a asked again she went to the back said that they were being priced and to wait. I waited 15 minutes before asking another worker to check on them. They went back and a manager came out saying they didn’t have them. After I told her what her other employee said about them being priced and coming out she said no that’s not true.
This new policy of not being able to just go back and price an item that clearly has a price on the bottom to be sold and instead having this run around having g to come back the next day is waste of time for the costume and money.

I encountered a very rude lady. I had a nightstand in my cart, and I proceeded to take it , back where I got it. I then walked out of the store. She cost the company a sale !

Over priced. One might think you could get a decent price for as item that was donated. Prices of some items are more than what they were at retail.

The reason why I gave them a one-star is because it's one the manager why did she have to wait to the processor to give me a price which is kind of dumb you're the manager you can make those decisions yourself I walked out of the store empty-handed and they didn't get no money from me which is kind of sad but I'm glad I didn't spend money here you guys really need to look into this if something doesn't have an item the manager should be the one to give a price not the processor by the way some of the things that you guys get donated I understand that you have to make money but you got to remember if you price it really high it's like buying it from the store so why even come here where you could just go to the store and get it new not second hand

I found a Gucci belt that had no price on it the worker said she would price it came out to tell me that I can’t buy it because they have to send it some where for us to bid on line wth this is not right only because I was of color they refused it to me

Don't work or shop here. The pay is gross and the managers are very spiteful. Plus naudie is inconsiderate of people with mental health issues and makes fun of them. What a joke lol.

To the woman working the donation center at 9am on 3/14, i tried to open the door to ask if I could get a tax receipt and you immediately blocked me from coming in and said "nuh uh drop it off in the bin outside" very rudely before shutting the door on me. I ended up just leaving.There are many other places in town I can donate to without getting attitude from inconsiderate employees 2 seconds after getting out of my car while trying to do them a favor by donating my clothes. just a thought.

I called twice it was after hours but the prompt said to do so. Anyway, the person who answered talked faster than I could hear. She hung up twice on me she might get have been annoyed but that is not an excuse to be rude. Will not t shop there’ that s for sure!

It is really convenient when donating your things. You pull right up to the donation place. Parking spaces reserved just for people wanting to donate. The person is right there and are ready to take your donations. The employee that helped me was really awesome!! Wish I would have gotten his name. He was awesome!
