The first few times I went out was great. I found some really cool items. However, the last time I went I had a very disrespectful and disturbing encounter with one of the employees/volunteers which entailed being harassed when trying to try on some clothes to see if they fit and you're only allowed to take 6 items in at a time which is fine. However, its really disrespectful and embarrassing to have some one treat you as if you're a criminal trying to steal. She was so rude, judgemental, arrogant, and acted as if she was allowed to treat me like that. First off that's profiling which isn't supposed to happen. You can't accuse a customer of stealing who's never done something like that and its not only embarrassing but so out of line!!! Not to mention everything last thing in that store has been donated and you're selling items for more then it costs or almost as much as it costs brand new!!! I understand that they need to make some kind of profit however, how can you be okay with over pricing used items that people were kind enough to donate to your cause?? I'm just saying....

Ok i went to the goodwill and all of the furniture is used the stiff there is broken and the stuff is there is scratch and The wayer bottles are dirty like what kinda store uses stuff but its dirty and there were some yellow stuff on the furniture and there are electronic and all of them are like broken and everything is just scattered.

Great place to donate with people out front ready to take your things and help unload if needed. Clean, organized place to shop with nice cashiers.

Horrible customer service, extremely high prices because the people in the back use “eBay” to price everything. Thrift stores have become a joke and just a money grabbing scheme. The media section is extremely unkept and over priced. They should reconsider who they have in the back working.

Ms. K Jordan took great care of me at the Nellis/Charleston Store.
Helped me at the Fitting, bathroom and general store questions. She is a caring person. Customer Service on point.
Sales Rep. Shatt name per receipt was very polite at the Register. Even though it was busy, she still took the time to communicate with me.
A male customer asked to use the Restroom and a black elderly teammate reply to the customer, "I don't know the code". I guess, she was too busy to find another teammate to get the restroom code.
The other teammates were helpful.
Keep-up the awesome work N Nellis Blvd. Store!

While the store has a huge selection, it’s messy and items are insanely priced. For these prices, you’re almost better off buying new.

People get paid to get donations from that place, in the door they say they open at 9 AM we arrived there at 10 AM to the donation door people inside were watching us stand there waiting for someone to come out, nobody came out which forced us to leave our donations outside of the door with no receipt, this is a bad business.

If I could give no stars I would. They get everything for free turn around and sell quite literally trash 🗑. Unusable game more missing pieces than what came in the box. Had no jar to put the sticks and bees into. 5 out 30 bees 11 out of 32 sticks . What a joke 💀

Goodwill has great discounts for seniors. Lots of staff to keep shelves stocked and store clean but at these low prices staff is not there to meet your demands so if you're one of those people who wants the staff at a department store to bow down to you, go to Macy's or somewhere fancy. Maybe you will find some satisfaction there.
Even if I were rich, I would shop here.
I just have one little complaint. The price tags on the dishes are impossible to remove😟
