Very disorganized. Wrong sizes and clothes in the wrong places all over the place.
Plenty of workers grumbling under their breath about how crappy it is.
I'm going back to Savers.

Absolutely amazing staff! Helped me out when I desperately needing some furniture even though I had lost the receipt at the time. They are good people and each of them are exemplary in their own right! Would definitely come again just to visit them again!

They do not respect the discount for people over 55 years old. Check your receipts, make sure you have been given the discount. They are also very racist.

Sadly going into your store today was gonna be my last time. Because a simple tag could’ve been put on an item. You lost a sale and a customer. I’ll just start going back to savers across town. They don’t have that issue. Oh well

This is the MOST OVERPRICED store in Vegas. 80% of polo and button-ups are priced $14.99- $19.99 red tag. You're better off going to Savers (with a 20% off coupon) or Salvation Army because this place is more expensive than eBay. Don't waste your gas coming out here. Trust me, I've been thrifting in Vegas for years.

At this location, decent brand names, clothes are in decent shape, but, as y’all know, you have to put in the time to look and make sure there’s no tear or too much wear. Just like any thrift store you have to hit it at the right time. We went yesterday at 5PM for dollar green tag, after three hours we bought one item for a dollar.
Signing up with your phone number does help. We get a 20% senior discount.
I find all thrift stores prices have gone up even the smaller, thrift stores. We recently read a newspaper article stating that thrift stores, are becoming the new Ross... Like a previous comment, you can go to Ross and buy something New with all the knobs and buttons for the same price or possibly less.
Dealing with the employees, some are very friendly and helpful, one is consistently rude and slightly aggressive, or will just stand there and stare at you and not respond. Dereck Is his name. Tiffany, a shift manager, was helpful with pricing on furniture yesterday.
Lucky for us, Gloria was working, we see her working hard on the floor, and at checkout, she has been consistently sweet, kind, and helpful.
If she ever seems to be edgy it’s probably because she’s dealt with her coworker Dereck. We’ve witnessed him barking at his own coworkers and we’ve had three negative experiences with him. Yesterday at checkout being the most recent.
We don’t know if he’s a manager or part of the “Ability One Program”. We know Goodwill was built on employing those with disabilities and disadvantages, therefore we are patient and kind with Derek…
