Needs New Manager… Someone Doesn’t Know What There Doing && Is Very Rude To Customers. They purposely sale broke, torn, damaged and bad shaped things here. I mean if you know it’s not good why sale it. Then they say no return policy on basically anything.. Stop saleing things that aren’t good and can’t be tested until we plug it in or something to say we can’t return it.

My favorite Goodwill in all the world and all the land. They always always had the best deals . The employees were always kind and very helpful . A plus in everything .

I recently visited this store and, while the environment was pleasant and cool, the customer service was the worst I have ever encountered. Upon entering, I accidentally spilled a few drops of coffee on the floor and, concerned for the safety of other shoppers, I politely said “excuse me” multiple times to a staff member—an older woman with short hair. She heard me but deliberately ignored me, finally turning around, acknowledging me briefly, and then continuing to walk away. When I informed her about the spill, she dismissively stated, “The housekeeper is not here today,” as if that excused the negligence. To make matters worse, she openly complained about the minor incident as if it was a significant inconvenience.
She then involved another employee—this one wearing glasses—who was even more unprofessional. While I browsed the store, she had the audacity to tell me that I should just leave. She claimed to have overheard me joking with my friends about spending too much money, misconstruing casual conversation as an actual complaint. Her rudeness was completely unnecessary. At that moment, I strongly considered returning the $200 worth of merchandise I had just purchased.
When my friend was checking out, I noticed an item that my mother would love and politely asked the cashier if I could see it after she finished assisting my friend. She agreed but then insisted that I get back in line—despite the fact that there was no one else in line. I followed her instruction, waiting alone in the queue, only for her to call me back over, contradicting what she had just told me. I declined and opted to be checked out by a different employee, but even then, she loudly instructed him to verify my ID in a manner that was completely unnecessary.
To say that this was the worst customer service experience I have ever had would be an understatement. The blatant lack of professionalism and disregard for basic courtesy was unacceptable. I hope that my one million followers take note and avoid this store at all costs

I am a senior wanting to buy my grandchildren. This is Tuesday 20% off. Well I couldn’t get it. Because of my daughter’s phone number. Didn’t know until I paid and then looked at the receipt. Taking advantage of the elderly isn’t supposed to what goodwill is all about. They could have fixed it because questions asked couldn’t be answered and the workers attitude was like too bad. I will never go back nor will my family and friends.
Goodwill should be what the name states GOODWILL. Especially Seniors on a budget.

This store is clean and well organized. One thing that I found to be concerning is I called to schedule a pickup (never used this service) and I was transferred to a third-party who told me I would be charged $194.60 to pick up 6-bags of clothes (13-gallon trash bags) to help with gas. I have seen Goodwill trucks on the road but not aware if these are company owned vehicles. I normally drop off items myself and thought to try the option this time. I politely declined and said I will drop them off myself. Not sure if anyone else has experienced this situation before.

I could not find anything remotely good in this store. I was very disappointed after all the good reviews and things that I've heard about this Good Will. Maybe another store will be better, but this store has nothing to offer for me. In my personal experience, it was a complete waste of time coming here.

LOVE LOVE LOVE thrift stores! First time at the silverado location and im thrilled i stopped by! Store is large & fairly clean and organized and the workers were super nice and helpful. Deals. Love the deals!!!! I got a few items and im so happy with each purchase! Canon printer - honestly.... Looked brand new to me. Orange tag $9.99. This week's discount color: ORANGE! 50% off all orange tags so i picked this gem of a printer for $5! Make up mirror - great condition and it works ORANGE tag $4.99 at 50% $2!!!!!! DVD player - i do have dvds to make use of this player - prolky wouldnt of bothered buying one new but for $5 ill take it!!!! $9.99 ORANGE tag 50% $5!!!!!! I got a printer, make up mirror, and a DVD player for $12!!!! Just FYI.... There are outlets available to test electrical items. If u purchase and item doesn't work as its supposed to you have 7 days to return for STORE CREDIT. Fair enough to me! My purchases all worked as they should and i an a very happy thrifter! Ill be back soon!
