About Grand Flamingo Centre
The Grand Flamingo Centre is a large, clean, and very inviting health club located in the heart of Las Vegas with pretty views of nearby cliffs and mountains. The facilities are big and very nice, with updated equipment, plenty of machines, a pool, and large locker rooms and bathrooms. The locker rooms include a private women's workout area, a sauna and steam room, and a sauna for just women. There is a large variety of group classes, from cycling to Zumba, and activities like racket ball. The staff is super friendly, very welcoming, and helpful. The centre is very busy and offers something for everyone, including a smoothie bar. It is open seven days a week. Nearby restaurants and shops can be expensive.

I visit several locations during the week depending on my schedule. This is one of the best locations as far class options and it doesn't seem over crowded.
