Horrified! I went in with pictures of the style I have had before on myself and another reference picture. She assured me she was able to do it. I asked for shoulder length with layers. She proceeded to cut it Bob style with horrific layers that make no sense. When I asked if she could style it she said no she had no time. In my almost 50 years of life I have never been too worried about a haircut, it grows back. This is horrific! One side has uneven layers while the other side has none. There are areas of hair that have my original length she completely missed cutting.

Went to a different location and got a not so good hair cut. Didn't want to deal with the people there. Came to this location and the manager took care of the situation!!! I usually come to this location but it was busy. Lesson learned. Lol

Took my son to get his hair cleaned up for the 1st day of school as kindergarten's about to start. I told the man that I wanted to Keep his curls on top and just cut it with scissors to clean it up and a 3 on the sides just to clean it up.When he started cuttin the top, I told him that I thought He was taking too much off, and he told me that he was just blending it out By the time he was done with my son, he cut off all his Curls except for a small section in the front part of the top of his head and left it like a curly pompom And the rest of the top, so short, there is no curls and you cannot brush it to either side. I understand that hair grows back but he loves his curls and tomorrow is the 1sr day of kindergarten I'm so upset and will never go back if he didn't know how to work with Curly hair he could have easily told me or go to a coworker if he didn't want to tell me and explain that to them.

Took my spouse there for a haircut. The end result was amazing. The stylist was really good, professional, and experienced with the kind of haircut ?♀️ needed. People who are having chemo treatment and experiencing hair loss still have a desire to look their best, and Great Clips did that for my spouse. Thanks.
Requested style: My spouse gave the stylist an idea of what type of cut she wanted and the stylist took it from there. Amazing job... ?

It used to be that getting my hair cut was about as fun for me as getting a root canal. Thankfully Jill changed all that. She really recommended a great haircut and kept me laughing during the process.
