Very friendly once I walked in and very little wait time for my haircut. My hairstylist gave me a great haircut and she made sure that I was satisfied with how my hair looked when she was finished. I always have a great experience when I come in for a haircut at this location.

Today I went to get my haircut done, I didn’t have appointment booked online so I checked in with one of the employees there it was 45 mins wait, I waited that long and when it was my turn one of the employee called for the second client from the waiting list who supposed to be called after me that lady literally skipped me and she didn’t even have any idea that I was waiting for more than 45 mins and called someone who checked in after me. Rude behavior and bad customer service, no apologies for their mistakes that’s not how they supposed to treat the customers.

Don't come here horrible the way they cut hair charge 20 bucks for cutting my hair in less than 5min .They don't take there time cutting hair to make sure its right don't listen to the customer requests I will never go back to one on Cheyenne and Rainbow

I came in a bit defeated from a recently botched short hair cut and walked out feeling refreshed and renewed. I totally forgot to ask my stylist for her name and am sad about it but man did she take the time to listen to me. She ensured that I walked out feeling good about my cut and even told me the best way to continue my cuts in the future to grow it out and bit and get the style I deserve.
Will be back for sure!

I've been coming to this location for years and usually everything is fine but the last two times I've gotten my hair done its been cut unevenly.

Online check-in makes this chain excellent. The current wait times are all shown, so I can go to the place with zero minutes. All the girls and guys give me my albeit simple haircut very well.
