4 times in a row, i tell them exactly what i want, they do what they want! Its worth spending more somewhere else. Also a lot of young hair cutters, that try to whip out the cut super fast. Well what do i expect for $19. Today is my last time having them screw up my hair. I will admit, this time it was getting close, but they ignore the fact that you cant just whip a clipper to the top of your head, plus they never get the hair at the top of my head even. Every row is a different length, then i got to gel down the middle so it dont look shorter in the front.

Jaime is fantastic! She always makes sure I get the haircut I desire and that I am satisfied. Her customer service is excellent. I drive here from Henderson.

I have been going to this location for a number of years now. No matter what stylist I've had has always been good. Today was definitely different I checked in online I waited for over a half hour I went in and then I was turned away for no reason considering the reason was ridiculous anyway will I try it again after all these years probably but this was not a good experience.

Please BEWARE when going to this place. What we thought was a friendly place turned into a nightmare. I took my Son there for a haircut and never been treated so rude. It seems their barber Clare had a ax to grind cause we used a different barber within the same shop. The total unprofessional manner from which not only her but Management as well was enough to never step foot in that place again. She was so rude to not only me but my kid who's hair she was cutting at the time. It was so bad I had to tell my kid to get up out of the chair in the middle of the haircut. I only paid because I didn't want to start a scene in front of my kid thinking once Management comes in the following day they would be able to make things right. I literally had to go to a different establishment so they could finish his haircut. I went there the next morning to speak to the Manager and she wasn't surprised about Clares actions so apparently she's done these types of things prior to us experiencing it. She apologized but then added on to the disfunction by saying she didn't have the authority to issue me a refund and she had to get in contact with the District Manager (WHAT???) are you frickin kidding me? I finally got the District Manager to call me and she was just as rude claiming I'm gonna send you a refund in the mail. So not only was the service terrible it turns out Management and possibly Owner are terrible as well. They are independently owned so I don't speak for all of them, just this one! THINK TWICE BEFORE STEPPING IN THOSE DOORS CAUSE THIS COULD BE YOU AND YOUR KID!
