This morning I got the Great clips about 7:30. I didn't realize they opened up at 8:00 but I was there before any of the hair stylist arrived and I parked in the very first spot right in front of the door and as they started to arrive they all walked past me only vehicle. Pretty obvious that I was there for them. They walked in and about 7:58 I stood out of my vehicle near the glass door wait until 8:01 to test the door maybe I missed it nope still locked and I said okay so turned around leaned on my truck and waited a few minutes 8:03 8:05 and i put my head to the glass and they're all bunched up at the breakroom door just chatting away.
I was trying to get my haircut before an important cabinet estimate i am going on. I finally just drove away.

Jojo always on point with the fade. Anna does a great job as well. Business model forces provider to disconnect momentarily to help with phone calls and walk in/check ins but as long as you’re polite they are a great team.

Great service. Friendly staff, efficient cuts, quick and easy. Seating us a bit tight and their timing on the app is a bit off so a few individuals end up inside at the same time getting it fairly crowded.
And they take American Express, unlikely many of the other locations owned by the other franchises around here. That alone will encourage me to return to this location.

I have been getting my hair cut at this store for a while. However, after years of positive experiences, I recently had an unexpected customer service issue.
First, I noticed that 2 women working there were noticeably more polite to male customers than to female customers—it was amusing to see such unprofessional behavior.
Second, one of the staff members was very rude, calling my name in a loud, unpleasant tone with a disapproving facial expression.
Why do i have this experience even spending money?
