Very unprofessional customer service
If you don’t want to cut kids you should say that when people come to check in.
One lady was working 45 minutes waiting time after checking in he is telling other customer he wants to wait 2 hours to get hear cut at that point I had to leave. She should let me know if she don’t like cut kids hair instead of having bad behavior…
I hope they teach customer service first to there employees.

Liz does sloppy work, probably because they have to rush everyone out.

No wait due to no customers, and online check-in. Good haircut, and beard trim. $28 in total. Did not use a coil shaver to finish up the work. Did not offer any leave-in conditioner. Have been going to multiple Great Clips in town for years. Never was forced to strain my head, and neck as far up, down, and to the side because the barber refused to crouch down in order to see his work before. It was physically uncomfortable, and it did hurt. Will make sure to request a different barber instead of Willie if I were to return to this location.
