Debora was absolutely awful! I have a mohawk. All I wanted was the sides shaved and the top trimmed. She was EXTREMELY careless in cutting my hair and she cut off A LOT of the top. It's supposed to be straight, and she completely ruined it. I told her the only thing that matters is that it's straight, everything else is whatever, but it has to be straight. There is no fixing it. I may have to just shave it off completely now.

⚠️Warning for women going to this Location⚠️
I honestly feel bad for any women going here. The girl who cut my mom’s hair was not professional at all sloppy work, uneven cut, and completely missed the style my mom asked for. My mom left pissed, and I don’t blame her. This shop might be fine for men’s hair, but for women, it’s a disaster.
Avoid if you care about your hair.

They completely messed up my hair!!!!! Bangs are now barely there. The length front is different than back (by quite a bit). I'm on disability so I can't even afford to get it fixed!
Spoke to manager and GM they don't actually care. Offered to let me come back, but I can't trust the guys there know how to cut women's hair. It's really sad that even with proof, it just doesn't matter to them!!

I made an appointment online. I got there with a few minutes to spare, and was invited to sit in the chair very soon. Alphonso was very funny and friendly as he made sure that he knew what I wanted my hair style to end up looking. I was very pleased with the haircut and service!!!!

The ladies are always nice and helpful. They love when you wash and condition your hair before you get there. Prices have gone up since the last time I've been there it was $13 and now it's $19

Well it started bad and finished bad. The girl cutting my hair. said she needed an energy drink to begin with and as she cut my hair I had asked for a fade. She gave me high and tight. Pat unbalanced crooked whatever you want to call it haircut of a 2-year-old I really need to consider if I'm going to go back. Fortunately in the past the other three stylists have cut it okay

My haircut was not even on both sides and my sideburns were crooked. Went back to get it fixed and signed online. The online wait time and in store screen were off by over 25 minutes. The online app said there was no wait and when I got there it was 25 minutes.

We usually visit the location by our house on Craig. But we were in the area & the online check in said it was only a 15 minute wait, so we popped in to this location. I’m SO glad we did!! My youngest needed a hair cut badly & Al definitely delivered! He’s a little quiet & shy, but Al got him out of his shell faster than most in just the first few minutes. We’ll be driving the extra mile for his cuts with Al from now on. Thanks again for a great experience & awesome new hair style!

I have been going years to great cuts and always was happy. Yesterday I went to the one by smiths sadly and there were 2 guys I'd never seen. I asked for 2 inches off and flip under. He made a mess. I got home and my daughter asked what the heck did he do it's all uneven. I was so depressed as have Christmas party next week. I gave him a 5 dollar tip too. I am going to the one on farm and durango at 9am and will ask if they can fix it. I will keep you posted. I will never go back to the one by smiths.

My hair was completely messed up by Deborah and the great clips manager would not issue me a refund. There was no way of fixing the damage that was done to my hair.
