I went yesterday to have my haircut and it is horrible. I don't remember the woman's name but she's Asian with black hair. I told her I wanted regular layers. She didn't listen and only butchered the top of my head and didn't layer the sides at all. My hair looks horrible. I can't even style it. She didn't even listen to what I wanted.

Abbey does a good job in listening to what I want as a customer and makes sure I am happy with the cut before leaving her chair. She is very pleasant as well

Do not use the old asian lady with a limp. She DESTROYED my hair. Took clippers and took off the top part of my hair!!! Never had such a bad cut in mynlife..

Unfortunately, my experience at Great Clips was really disappointing. The stylist was unprofessional and seemed to have no regard for customer discretion. They spent the entire time gossiping and talking negatively about the person sitting in the chair next to me, which made for an uncomfortable atmosphere. It felt like I was stuck in a bad neighborhood coffee shop instead of a professional salon. Definitely won't be back.

Most of the time I have a good and fast service but today Michelle was very rude in the beginning, she would ignore you, not follow directions and cut the hair really rough when she actually asked me if it was OK to do the same haircut that was in their system but she didn't follow it, I refused her service and she started to have a discussion and be rude, she blamed me for discrimination hahahaha idk why she said that but she could you use a dictionary. she also started to talk bad things about me with her next customer. In my opinion thats not professional.
Pls Michelle's manager teach her some manners to that woman, it's funny how a 50 year old woman stars to make comments and fight when someone refuses services, it's not that hard to comprehend.

I overall love the cutters and the price is great but they are too busy to really do a haircut they way you want it. Too much #2 #3 etc.

I hate giving bad reviews but I came in today (6/6/2025 6:30pm) and ended up crying in the chair because the woman who cut my hair (I cannot remember her name, but she was an Asian woman with black hair and bangs) kept telling me she “understood everything I was asking her specifically to do,” and she ended up butchering my hair. The cut all over was extremely uneven. She never pulled the strands on either side of my head to see if one side was short than the other. Throughout the cut, I ended up pulling the strands MYSELF. I even asked her for the comb to show her the lines were uneven and the cut line that I wanted. She never even sectioned off the hair to make precise cuts. I ended up having to stop her half way because of how bad it was looking. I explained to her she was not understanding what I was wanting, and she started yelling that she understood me just fine, so I said that I no longer wanted her to finish the cut, that I wanted the other girl there to do it.
And Abby saved the day! Due to how uneven the cut was, she explained that she needed to fix the edges and go a bit shorter to make it work. She helped calm me down (as I was crying in the chair at this point) and really tried her best to fix the damage. She even offered me a discount for the inconvenience, which I then gave her on top of the tip.
Great Clips, you unfortunately need to look into firing the older woman who was working tonight and give Abby a raise for handling the situation wonderfully.

Trina have angry issue she not deserve to work here this lady she cut my hair and I told her can you cut little bit more at the side and she starting like a kid she mad to me already..now I know that’s why the other guy waiting the other air style because he knows this lady have angry issues
