Hi there I'm going to warn you about this location! Before we get started I want you to know I'm a perfect five-star out of five-star rated customer service rep as a professional driver for both uber & lyft with over 9 years of pro driving in Las Vegas. Believe it or not to be a perfectly five-star rated driver is almost impossible especially when you're a late night graveyard shift worker dealing with all the drunk and high in psychotic people. I also have thousands of reviews online from my personal business and again I have a perfect rating after 12 years of online service. So when I tell you that someone has bad customer service believe me, it means something. These guys do have bad customer service & it starts with their manager!
The manager I always run into is extremely rude and I don't think she likes men which is ironic because her customers are predominantly men most women don't go to Great Clips for a haircut. I will never come back to this location after the way I was treated multiple times by the manager I'm talking about I believe her name is Amy I know this group who owns this one because it's a franchise owns two other ones as well I'll just try to avoid all three of them if they're going to hire people like this manager.
When I say I was treated rudely understand I've lived in Las Vegas for over 21 years and I've been in Nevada for over 35 years. I've lived on every side of the city I've lived in North Las Vegas I've lived in Henderson I've had my hair cut all over this place.
This is the first time I'm leaving a bad review on a great clips and I mean it with all my heart I will never walk in these doors again and I always tip at least $5.... so wacky yo.

I recommend Great Clips. I go to this location regularly and everything has gone well for me. The haircuts are priced right. They're even better if you have a discount code :) I have a pretty easy cut, so a cheap cut works for me. I'm sure they can handle more challenging ones too, but for me, all is good.

Great haircut! Low cost & got right in. Definitely do their online check-in it tells you how long the wait is before even getting there & right when to walk in so you don't have to sit in there and wait! I don't get a lot of haircuts, but will definitely go back when I do. 🥰 One thing I wish they did have was eyebrow waxing.

Got a haircut today and like most people the address took me somewhere else. I requested Google to fix the location and they responded the same day they accepted the edit. So there you go GreatClips, people won’t show up on the front door of someone’s house. Ladies were great by the way. 👍👊

This location for Great Clips has been nothing except excellent. They are prompt, friendly and the majority of staff are good at what they do.
