I absolutely love this place. The pastries are amazing. I go in almost everyday that I work to get some kind of sweet treat to get me through the day, I haven't been to a gluten-free bakery in Vegas that is as good. She nails it! Great service to!

Terrific GF bakery experience! I got there on a Friday so it was sticky bun day, they were still warm from the oven at 10 am. Ahhhhhhmazing. If I lived in Vegas I’d be there every week.Dietary restrictions: 100% gluten free bakery

Took a cab from the strip just to visit this bakery. The majority of things that I tried were still hot out of the oven and everything I purchased was made fresh and absolutely delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful experience, many choices for our gluten, nut and dairy free family. Service is exceptional, owners work at business and are very friendly.Parking: This is in a strip mall a few miles from the downtown area.

This place is incredible! My husband and I both have food restrictions so to find this hidden gem that not only has options for us but has delicious amazing options made us smile. The staff was super sweet and amazing and made us feel so comfortable. We actually ended up dining in when we had planned on taking the food to go. We can’t wait to make this spot our go to! Thank you to the amazing staff and owner so making a place that makes me feel normal with my crazy food restrictions.Dietary restrictions: Not only do they everything gluten free that also have dairy free options!Parking: Plenty of parking out frontKid-friendliness: We will deffentally be pack with out kids plenty of dine in space too!

I simply can't sing the praises of Senza enough. Due to her gluten sensitivity and shellfish allergy, it's been impossible to go to any restaurants with my girlfriend. We were finally able to sit down and have breakfast together at Senza. We ended up ordering one of nearly everything, and everything was absolute perfection. Breakfast was a phenomenal pizza quiche, delicious Brazilian cheese puffs, amazing taco cheese puffs, and a couple of dessert bars (Tagalong and crack bars), and we took the rest with us. Most of the rest never made it home on the flight to Delaware. This will be a go to spot on future visits to Vegas.Dietary restrictions: Everything is 100% gluten free, and there are also dairy free options.

My Sis wanted soy free desserts, hence the surprise drive to this location since she mentioned it earlier. The lady who served us answered the questions we had without hesitations. There were 3 desserts that she could eat. Mum treated us to the desserts. Great little bakery for all your gluten free goodies. The staff is friendly and helpful. There's so many interesting flavors available for the baked items here. I had a hot quiche and warm cinnamon roll and then loaded up with cookies and Brazilian bread bites to-go. Everything was wonderful!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free

My toddler is allergic to wheat, eggs, milk, soy, and nuts. You can imagine how excited we were to discover Senza Gluten Free Bakery. It is a little hidden gem off Fort Apache & near the 215. They are 100% gluten free so if you have celiac this place is perfect for you. Definitely visit it if you are near by! I recently started an social media account called the glutenfreelasvegan so I am trying to be more diligent about trying new places in Vegas. The staff were super helpful in letting me know the ingredients in everything so I could double check my son could have it. We got the vegan spiced chocolate cupcake, vegan vanilla confetti cupcake, and the chocolate obsessed cookie. Those are all GF and vegan! I love how they separate their items by the black trays are vegan. It made it easy to see what we could get. Our favorite was the vegan vanilla confetti cupcake. Both my husband and son are not huge chocolate fans so that is why we loved the vanilla confetti cupcake, but everything was delicious! My husband even made the comment that he couldn't tell the cupcakes were gluten free and vegan. We will be back soon & probably going to order some vegan vanilla confetti cupcakes for my sons birthday soon.

Loved being able to find some sweets for my family and still include those who are gluten intolerant without making it a big deal. No one could tell that these treats were gluten free! There were several options to choose from to provide a variety of flavors and everyone was happy with a little something to pick them up in the middle of the day. Friendly service, great flavors and textures, reasonable pricing, will definitely be back soon!

If you want gluten free baked items that are unique (and not just cupcakes and cookies) this is the place!
