During my recent shopping experience, a representative displayed a pleasing demeanor but provided inaccurate information. After browsing men's footwear, I requested to view handbags, as it was my inaugural significant designer bag purchase. JohAnna showcased available options and quoted $1100 for the chosen bag using her handheld device. However, upon checkout, the price surged to $1350. Despite my inquiry, JohAnna acknowledged the mistake but declined to honor the initial quote. We completed the purchase, but issues persisted. The representative packaged items improperly, preventing inspection. The following day, we discovered mismatched shoes. After contacting customer service and management, the correct shoe was delivered to our hotel, albeit belatedly. JohAnna promised additional compensation, but none arrived, reinforcing concerns about the company's integrity. Given the substantial purchase of over $3,300, the deficient customer service was especially disappointing.
Accurate pricing information should be provided to consumers upon request. In cases of error, customer satisfaction should take precedence over apathy. Personally, I faced an awkward situation due to incorrect information. Embarrassment, coupled with my companion's advice to proceed with the purchase given my infrequent high-ticket purchases, left me reluctant to voice concerns. To prevent customer inconvenience, thorough verification is essential when processing orders. Employees should honor commitments made to customers; failure to do so compounds the issue, as evident in my motivation for completing this survey. The sales employee's assurance regarding product details should be trustworthy.
Subsequent to providing feedback via email, the manager reached out to me to rectify the situation; however, today's delivery of a box, comparable in size to two shoe boxes, containing melted chocolate, has fallen short of my expectations. The manager stated she was awaiting approval to send this ...gift. Consequently, I will be returning the purse to Gucci for a full refund.

Steve was the best associate we've had to date. His 16 year commitment to this store shows! This is the largest Gucci on the west coast and has a fantastic collection of pieces for purchase.

I want to acknowledge Alonzia at the Gucci Wynn, her customer care and knowledge of the products are magnificent. Me and my wife truly appreciate her and the entire staff for their excellent customer relations and will be back to experience another great time at Gucci Wynn resort in Las Vegas.

Used my card here to buy some sunglasses and 1 hr later my card info was stolen. It was a card I hadn’t used in over 3 weeks. This store was the only place I had used it. I called expressing my concerns and was basically told good luck. Maybe they have CC skimmers?? Stay away.

Let me start off by saying I’ve only ever bought Louis Vuitton, I decided to check out Gucci to see if I’d be interested in buying a belt bag from there.Adam is the person that was attending me, he was so great! I appreciate Adam helping me out on buying my first Gucci bag, he was very patient and caring. Next time I come to Las Vegas, I will definitely be stopping by with Adam.
