I bought two watches for two different people I asked them to put them in 2 different bags and the answer was no one bag per customer The guy that he was there he even called the manager the managers answer was no, I spend $250 and they can't it give me a 5 cents bag .

Came to visit vegas with my boyfriend and was excited to visit this guess store to look around, I was unaware of how dirty and rude the sale associates were as i was shopping for a bracelet set i have wanted so bad. the associates would com to each other about me and my boyfriends appearance were “suspicious” and to keep a eye on us while we were right there in front of them. I would like to say i dress just as normal as these entitled store associates having interest into this store. And feeling like i was coming in to steal or treated like a criminal. I was even nice enough to still buy what i came into for and even compliment the cashier that was to “watch us” and my items were thrown in a bag and ignored. Very disgusting and will never step foot in that store again.

Closing manager questioned my return and I had receipt and tags still on the jeans. I felt discriminated as a Hispanic and told the store manager I Never put it on outside of the store, stayed in the bag the whole time. She questioned and I quote \\\" I don't know that\\\". I'm a Supervisor for a corporation and never had thought i would see The Worst Customer service from closing manager

Eduardo, changed my life! One of the best sales person I've ever had the pleasure to work with. I walked into guess that day not knowing my body type was or what I wanted. I felt completely lost... Then I met Eduardo and helped me in a way where not only did he fond the perfect clothes for me, he brought back my self confidence. The time and effort he spent with me, made me feel valued,Appreciated and I was thrilled to spend my money there with his help! It was one of those shopping experience that change you. I will always remember that shopping moment in tiime! I will be going back shortly for more Eduardo. He definitely needs a free lunch with a raise in my opinion! Eduardo is just that fantastic!!! Counting the days still i can get back in there!

Staff were nothing short of fantastic, hung here for a while and browsed. After having visited dozens of locations as a bit of a Guess enthusiast, I had to drop a review for my appreciation to the staff at this specific location, props.

I purchased a bomber from here that was a pretty good deal! Definitely check out if you like the Guess brand as they have a clearance rack in the back. MacKenzie was the one who helped us and she was friendly and super helpful

Everyone wasn’t interested in making sale , I approached a guy and just walk away from me talking to the other workmate instead. I grab a woman but instead talk to him. 3rd attempt another woman finally she accommodate me but not willing to give me my size XS but instead suggested I should wait 2hours or come back the next day. Not sure what’s going on but this young people works here aren’t helpful at all!! If there’s a zero star be much better ! You deserve 0 star.

This is my second time shopping at this Guess store location. The first time I was followed around. Hounded. The sales associates made my shopping experience not a fun one. They made me super uncomfortable. I know my size. No I don’t need you breathing down my neck the entire time I’m in the store. Let me shop!I spent over $280. I left upset. Today was my second time shopping at this location. I brought my boyfriend today. Again the sales associates followed me around and my boyfriend around the store. Watched us the entire time. As if we were being treated like criminals. They made us super uncomfortable. The sales team was all over us the entire time. But when it came to check out, no where to be found. Which tells me they werent trying to help us.I would’ve spent more then this lil bit, if the people working there were helpful. And I know it’s just this store. And not the company as a whole. Because I also dropped some money at the Guess by Marciano today at the same mall. I had the best shopping experience there. Not here. ladies be more helpful. The manager needs to do some training on customer service. Not everyone who shops there is stealing! Smh!!!

Served by Ignacio today for an evening purse. He was the reason I purchased this bag as he told me it's benefits. The store is exquisite and full of many items. Highly recommend this store and Ignacio.

They never pay attention to me when I go , I’ve gone plenty of times and they can never find a way to assist me even when the store is nearly empty , just yesterday , I had my stuff ready to go by the register and they didn’t assist me , they were just staring at me , I definitely don’t recommend this place , it’s also very pricey which I don’t mind but if they wanna give bad service ontop if that , than I’d rather not shop here
