The wife stopped by to do a little shopping. She got a little confused by the prices and sales that were going on at the time. In the end everything worked out the best they could be. She was a bit disappointed in how the sale was advertised, but she walked out with what she wanted. A bit pricey for an outlet. Luckily, other stores were nearby to shop at as well.

Store close at 8pm and refuse for customers to try on clothes at 7:30 pm , this is ridiculous, if you dont want my business then that fine , btw if you dont have credit card dont go here they cash only

Wow. Lucky. Love the brand but yup 2 minutes after started shopping a lady was standing 8 inches away trying to sort what we were looking through. Not a mess just middle of shuffle. Worst store experience ever. Asked her to stop she made excuses and said she was the store manager. Worse than explained here. We were polite and professional. Go to a different Guess store is my recommendation

One minute after we entered the store, a clerk came over and told us that we needed to fold the clothes after trying them on. I wondered if we had to do these jobs ourselves, what was the store hiring him for? Or was he just judging people by their appearance and treating them differently? He also pretended to stand in front of me with a ladder and was obviously peeking at us, thinking we were stealing. I was speechless. This was really the most ridiculous experience I had at Guess! no good

Walked in to buy something today for my daughter! 45$ the lady cashier was like credit ? I said yes… then she said can I see your ID in a very Kurt tone. I am shocked that they treat clients this way ! I have a black Amex. She didn’t even wait a second said in 3 times back to back then threw the glasses and called a manger, then proceeded to say that she was being very kind about every thing and we weren’t understanding. I told the manger that is not what happened and there were other people around who saw what happened as well. She was very vulgar towards me and not polite at all. I am very disappointed as a guest walking into the store.

Worst Customer service at the fitting rooms, hispanic girl was yelling to customers getting one on one with me just because my husband was trying on clothes and I giving opinions. I told her not to yell and she said “Así hablo yo”. I complained to the manager and the manager said that’s not rude at all! Very unprofessional blew me off and walked away!

They shouldn't look at u like u can't afford their items the ones that look like window shoppers are most likely to buy because we have money because a person that has money not all of them don't buy nothing but u guys should always be nice regardless of race color or how the person looks remember I vould be that secret shopper or was because I recently went and my brother bought two tops for him and they didn't take off the alarms on it so I gotta go back their tomorrow morning when they first open how could they forget

Worst experience. Wouldn't recommend. I had a bad experience. I didn’t explain the issue with a red tag, and when I complained, they never apologized. They seemed rather confident. They’re super rude; they only care about selling products, not about you. NEVER GO.

Not sure how the employees are treated in this place but just by the way they all treat people you can tell they are not happy with their job, I interact with 3 different employees and all of them were disrespectful, my cashier was throwing the items right in front of my face, I’m not even want to complain at the store, pretty sure management it’s the same other wise employees wouldn’t be so disrespectful.

Such nice clothes and accessories, its unfortunate the store staff isn't. They represent the brand when they are there. Be courteous and helpful, you don't even have to smile but drop the death stare. Issue was sale signs were placed within a couple of feet of items that were not on sale. Should have been an easy fix but when questioned on what the price was or rung up at, was ignored, girl at register stated when she shops she reads signs, however she couldn't even verify what was rung up right in front of her. It's not rocket science, simple customer service, just apologize for any confusion verify the prices, take the money, say thank you. Then later discovered there is an item you said was on sale and rung up with the discount, did not.
