Not the type of H\\u0026R Block you want to go to. They are a different tax service that operates under a license agreement with H\\u0026R Block, I came in for my scheduled appointment and instead they wanted me to wait and fill out a form with sensitive information to hand over to a young receptionist, instead of handling the taxes with a tax professional right away like I have done with 3 other what I would consider real locations. I will travel the 20-30 minutes to Henderson to have the regular experience as this felt really odd and uncomfortable.

I had to make several calls in order for someone to respond to my calls. One really needs to do several follow-up calls and emails or I have no idea how much longer before they actually finish my returns

Well.. the place I went this year for taxes was affiliated with H&R block. But they were very good. Will give a 4star just cause it was my first time

Many times to go have your taxes done. They do them and you sign. But at H&R they explained all items entered and the amount of money entered. The amount you are getting back. They even had the option to pay after you get your refund by automatic direct deposit. Love it.
