I visited the salon right when they opened and asked for a Gel X set. I showed Angie, the nail technician, a reference photo from Pinterest, and she confidently said she could create something similar. She did an amazing job, her attention to detail was impressive, and the final result was very close to the photo I showed her. I was really happy with the outcome.
The salon had a steady flow of customers, especially for pedicures. It’s clearly a popular spot, and everyone I saw leaving seemed really pleased with their service. If you’re planning to walk in, just be prepared for a possible wait, but in my experience, it’s definitely worth it.
Highly recommend this place, especially if you're looking for quality work that’s hard to find in local salons.
Also, there is a new owner who took over the shop in October. I don’t think previous reviews reflect the quality of service I received today.

if i could give 10 stars i would. I received a pedicure and manicure by Tom and Angie and they gave me customer service that was beyond the extra mile. it was better service than i could ever imagine and more than i paid for! i asked for a basic pedicure but Tom was attentive to what my feet needed rather than the standard pedicure i chose. Furthermore Angie went above and beyond to help me achieve the perfect birthday nails i dreamt of. this service was not standard it was ABOVE AND BEYOND.

I love the friendliness of Kim and Angie they are the best! They offer you something to drink while you are waiting and also have great music in the background. The massage chairs are phenomenal! Great service overall! I recommend coming here because of the price and the service.

I heard this place is under new management, so I thought I'd give it another try. They took me and my mom in right away. They're also very transparent with their prices, which are also decently priced. Angie, the owner, was extremely nice and accommodating 😊
Kevin worked on our pedicures, and Long did our nails. They both worked very hard and thoroughly on both of us, which is much appreciated. We will definitely be back!

I used to come here all the time but I stopped because I moved to west side and I would only trust coming here and specially with the old man that stayed by the other edge of the back of the salon, I he is amazing but after moving my nails never been the same, right when I mi ed and didn’t go no where else to do my pedi my gel ofcouse came out and here it comes the problem my toenails stopped growing, I had one of my toenails black/ fungus and breaking all the time, weak toenails and I can’t never get a square share because it was always crack the toenails ?all I can say it should have been the hygiene, the clippers and the nail polishes because that guy was amazing on picking on your corners nd entertaining u. My toenails never been the same again and I haven’t done a pedi since I stopped going here ??

I walked in asking for a pedicure with white gel nails. Right off the bat the lady doing my pedicure made comments about how dark I was compared to my little sister. Then throughout the entire pedicure process they kept making rude comments and "jokes" about us. She kept complaining about how some of my nails were broken and that they were gonna be shorter than others (like I know that's the whole point I'm here). In the middle of my service they asked me what my payment method was going to be, I told them card. Immediately after telling them that, they pulled out the card reader IN THE MIDDLE OF MY SERVICE and made me pay. After the service was actually done I left immediately and saw they left paint on my actual toes, my nails were uneven, and the paint came out chunky. I will never come back here again.

The customer service is very intolerable. Went here for a few months, but I can’t tolerate the negative attitude anymore from Michelle . She has no problem being rude and I refuse to continue to give my money to someone who acts like you’re bothering them. I do like the men in the shop but she is too rude for me to continue to come here.
Pleas work on professionalism and valuing your customers. Without us your shop wouldn’t exist.

Michelle, store manage does not understand how to treat customers. I was in 2 weeks ago to get a fill and was charged $40, today Michelle wanted to charge me $50. I asked if each technician charged a different fee and she raised her voice and said we have a menu. I explained that I paid $60 for a full set then $40 for a fill. She called me a liar then turned to the other technicians and asked who charged me $40. She started yelling that she was going to tell her boss. I asked who her boss was and she said he was home. I asked her to speak to me rather than the patrons and technicians, I also asked her to stop yelling and let her know that I was not going to stay because her customer service was not acceptable. The technician that serviced me before apologized as I left. My 1st two services were great ( Huong and Tri Pham) leaving me to wonder why the Yelp reviews were so low. Michelle's behavior and attitude is probably the reason for the low reviews and empty chairs. I will never return. Go around the corner to Super Nails and see Terry!
