My husband and I decided to take a trip here we enjoy coming to this location but on 2/24/25 they had a man come in the store around closing and shop lift two machetes the employees where chasing him all over the store and screaming at him before he escaped out the back door it was very uncomfortable and could have been a very dangerous situation they need to have items like this locked up I'm not sure we will be going back to this location

The website was accurate about finding the product that I needed with the correct aisle number. The line wasn't a long wait. The clerk opened the item for me to verify I had the correct size and informed me what to do in case I needed to return it. Hassle free. I would recommend them for your hardware needs.

While a little small this Harbor freight is usually very well stocked with good employees. I genuinely can't recall a bad experience here and I've been dozens of times. The parking lot however is very busy and has a lot of foot traffic so lock your cars and be careful getting in and out of the store front parking as people frequently speed through the lot. This isn't HFs fault as it is a shopping center.
