Service was terrible. They had my family waiting for 1 hour and 30 mins at the table before serving us the food. Kids were crying due to be hungry. My daughters food never came.

The service was aweful. Waitress blamed on 1) having a celebrity show up to eat, and 2) that she didnt normally work the day shift, and 3) that they were shorthanded. They literally brought our appetizer order after iur meal, which we waited like 45 mins at least to arrive.

Very great customer service. I had a wonderful night for my birthday last night. Great food great drinks great presentation and great music as well. I give sugar factory a 10 out of 10.
