Harmon Retail Corner offers an experience focused on great desserts, shakes, and over-the-top presentations for birthdays and special events. Reviews note great customer service and fabulous, yummy food from some exceptional staff. However, other visitors found the service disappointing, the facility rundown and tired, and the food mediocre. The establishment can be short-staffed. While some find it overrated, others thoroughly enjoy the great drinks, music, and memory-making desserts, ensuring it remains a memorable stop.
Will not be attending this location again. Service sucked while the place was dead, go figure.

Sugar Factory never disappoints! Great food, drinks and awesome service! The mimosa flights were great and my Alfredo pasta with shrimp was amazing
