Excellent customer service. Made inquiries on several pieces and the team helped consolidate the pieces at one location for me to look at more easily. Vegas locations have great selection and helpful sales team.

Went in with husband expecting quality service but left immediately...the staff was not attentive and for no reason unwelcoming to someone who is looking to shop. Won't be ever shopping at Harry Winston specifically this location. I will be taking my time and money to Tiffanys. Tiffanys will always treat you the utmost respect and service.

Horrific experience. Go here if you want to be disrespected and have your day ruined. After asking the salesperson (Yang Ning) to explain different pavé styles to me, he was extremely disinterested in helping and borderline rude so we left. When I went back to ask for his business card so I could note a complaint, he instructed the security guard to lock the doors and then let me in to start berating me that Harry Winston does not use the term French pavé (I hadn't even said anything!). Wild experience. If you hate serving people and think you're better than the customers you serve, then don't work in customer service. Thank you to Tiffany's and Van Cleef who were more than happy to take our $10k in diamond purchases with a smile. Harry Winston may have quality diamonds but it's not worth the experience of the incredibly rude, classless, and untrained staff. Totally wild - take your money elsewhere.

As someone who works in a professional environment, I expected Harry Winston to be the same when I walked into the store. However, to my disappointment, I was greeted with glares of judging looks from the security and the staff. The saleswoman seemed professional but what looked to be security personal was looking up and down on at apparel from my workout today. I wasn't wearing so my so called \\\"professional expensive clothing\\\" today. The items in the store were well within my budget and will most likely decide not to do business with them. Overall I wouldn't recommend anyone to shop here.

I traveled to Las Vegas last week. I visited Harry Winston because I was looking for inspiration for a gift for my for 30th wedding anniversary. My budget is about $250,000. I had seen their signature Halo and wished to see it in person. I went into store at the Bellagio and was greeted by the rudest man who was working there. He would not remove any of the rings from the cases to show me. He stood off to the side and whenever we asked a question about the size of the diamonds he was very rude. I will not be spending my $250,000 at Harry Winston.

Walked in on Valentine’s Day . Bought my husband an elite rare piece of art at the gallery across the way , he wanted to get me an exquisite piece of jewelry in return. He had 150k to spend at the least to splurge on jewlery that moment maybe on some earrings I liked that was our plan . We Walked in and the employees looked at us as if we crawled out of the gutter . It was So uncomfortable, they did not say one word . I simply asked about the harry Winston designer and his style / inspiration n latest design . I’ve never owned a piece from there but was looking forward to something rare and special and needed a little exciting info , the man said “Google it “.No respect on harry Winston’s name , not a good representation on fine quality client service . They just stood there with complete stiff horribly energy . All I had to do was point a finger and We could have purchased anything in that store truly . We walked out disappointed. We didn’t even look at all the jewlery . That whole service was off….. they would do so much better with more lively humans in there with respect to treat others with respect .

The owner and backend guy were great. They were welcoming, warm and really passionate. I give 4 stars because I don’t understand the Chinese salesperson’s strategy. He told us the pieces we picked were so popular that he had sold many. Man, are you serious?????????????????? Do you want to know that your important rings are being worn by many other people? And before we decided to purchase, I asked for his card. He told us, since we were new customers, we needed to pay it in person. Man????? Honesty, given the popularity HW has been getting in recent years, I didn’t expect its owner to be this modest and nice, but the salesperson is clearly spoiled by and used to rich crazy Chinese. It’s funny when the owner is so good but the salesperson is condescending.

My husband and I are clients of Harry Winston at this location, and we have always been treated with kindness and respect. Because of the pandemic, we have not been able to travel there in person over the past year. However, my husband has purchased gifts for me through the wonderful service provided by Valerie Delabruere. She has gone above and beyond to make sure we've continued to have an exceptional experience, even though we can't be there in person for now. Valerie is so gracious and thoughtful, which we genuinely appreciate! The pieces we've purchased are beautiful, and we've been so pleased with them and our experience as customers. We highly recommend Valerie and Harry Winston!

My husband and I have been looking for a nice pair of statement earrings and of course I suggested looking at the HW pieces. We were referred to and have been working with Valerie at the shops at Crystal. Our trip has been postponed due to the pandemic. Valerie has been helping me virtually look at their different diamond earrings so I am not completely overwhelmed when we finally arrive. She has been a pleasure to work with. She is very polite and not at all pushy (which sometimes can happen in jewelry stores). She has provided me with multiple photos and videos. She is also very knowledgeable about all of the pieces and has answered numerous questions for us. I have finally narrowed down my options to 3 pairs and we will decide in person next month. We do a lot of high end shopping and Valerie has been one of the best SA we have ever met. We look forward to meeting her in person next month.

Was in the store around Christmas. Was very unpleasant experience. I ask to talk with manager and security guard show me on Sales person (very young Asian guy). I ask him is he the store manager he said no I'm not. I ask him to talk with the manager. He went back to the office and manager rejected see me, because don't have time. I would never buy anything of those arrogant people. You don't have time for clients then try other job to pay you salary.
