I'll never go back to "BIG" pharmacy again. I am too spoiled by the great service Trinity has given.

Both of my parents have serious health conditions. Trinity Pharmacy has ALWAYS gone above and beyond to help. I disagree with other reviews that have been posted. Trinity pharmacy just like any other company (or person) makes mistakes. Trinity Pharmacy will correct their mistake promptly if one was made. EVERY-TIME my family has needed anything they have helped, and I am very thankful for them.

Worst Pharmacy in town. They claim to make deliveries but it is one excuse after the other when you don't receive your medicine. If you have serious health issues do not use this Pharmacy as you would be dead before you get your medicine. I live on the third floor in a senior housing community and suffer from a bad hip and was actually asked by the delivery driver if I could come downstairs to get my medicine and my building has elevators! When I didn't receive my medication I called and was told it would be delivered the very next day between 2 and 6 p.m. As it neared 6 p.m. and my medicine had not been delivered I called and was told not to worry that they would still deliver it after hours. By 9 p.m. no medicine. When I called the following morning I was put on hold for 6 minutes and all they told me was "We can get it out to you today" and this is Christmas Eve! I'm given one excuse after the other. Absolutely no customer service whatsoever. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this cheap pharmacy. Remember, you get what you pay for.

I would give zero or negative stars if I was allowed. What kind of medical professionals refuse to fill a prescription for someone in pain. Had my tooth pulled the day before, on the bus ride home I had my medication stolen. Had to deal with the pain until the next day. Went to every pharmacy close to me and they had my antibiotics but not the pain pills. Trinity had it but refused to fill it, becuase of some policy apparently against helping patients in pain. Never had something this evil happen when dealing with "medical professionals". Don't give them your time or money, I hope they go bankrupt

Nice people. Quiet, clean. One thing I worry about pharmacies these days is the quality of their generics. India produces the bulk of generics in this world. Some are fake, some are unposed. Some they do a smashing job. It's sort of a crap shoot. Google it yourself. It's eye opening. Sometimes you just don't know the quality of a generic until you try it. This isn't, perhaps, the nicest area of Vegas -- but where I got offered the best price by the Blink RX app. (which is sort of like Good RX). So naturally, I'd worry a little bit about their own quality control vs. a large company that can check their suppliers, such as Costco. However, I noticed while here that they're part of the HealthMart. And HealthMarts are everywhere. The nicest parts of Manhattan and everything. So you can remove the area from your appraisal of the pharmacy quality. The only thing that matters then is the reliability of the people working, and how well the pills work for you. If they work as well as brand names. And I'm happy to report that out of the 2 out of 3 RXs I've tried from here, they all work just splendidly. Just as good as generics I get from Walgreens and Costco. Will be trying the 3rd today. And the people are really, truly nice and competent. As I said before, it's also very clean and quiet. I read an old Discovery magazine while waiting for my 2 scripts. The wait was something like 10 minutes. Lower than I usually get at Walgreens. As with most people that are competent and kid, I wish them nothing more than more business. They deserve it! I think you'll like it a lot, too. Just please only go if you yourself are also competent and kind. I hate it when good businesses get overrrun by riffraff. But I suppose that's not so much a Yelp problem, haha :)
