As so many others are stating, this customer service is TERRIBLE!!! Thankfully I kept the tracking number of my return items because they are threatening to charge by card $500 for unreturned regalia. They are awful to deal with.

If you return a rented cap and gown, keep the tracking number, receipt, and other documentation, because they will email you and claim that you haven’t returned it and then charge you an exorbitant amount of money

HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY MAKE THE STUDENTS WORK FOR THEM, THEY CHARGE $400+ FOR A GOWN, IMPOSSIBLE TO GET IN CONTACT WITH THIS COMPANY. OVERALL EXTREMELY SKETCHY!!!!!!! THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!!!!!!!
