My son didn't get his order before he went to college and when I realized it I called and spoke to a really great gentleman. When I picked up he added a wonderful surprise, please recognize him for the excellent customer service!

This last Friday I came here with my brother to order his leather jacket and the service was excellent! Franco and Tiana were the best on helping my brother out! We will definitely come back!

So this past Friday I went with my son this time to order a jacket cause it takes around 3 months to get it, SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT!! My Boy FRANCO WAS TOP NOTCH in informing my son on the patches an this lady TIANA was very helpful , no complaints I walked out happy my son happier , loved wen people have the patience an take their time to create an order with out ERRORS, highly recommend to everyone and definitely coming back to pre order a class ring after the jacket.

I received my MA Spring of 2022 and ordered the graduation pack. Everything came except for the hood. I tried calling them, was on hold for 3 hours, and when they finally answered, they said my hood was on its way. It never came. As it got closer to my graduation, I called again and at least wanted a refund because I knew my hood was not going to make it in time for graduation. They said they would send a refund and still send my hood. I to this day, have never received either. I even made another call after a while later after that last call and they said the same thing. Never received my hood. Never received a refund. I do not recommend buying your graduation gear from them.

Rip off. Service is bad untrained employees miss informing customers when ordering. And not once did a manager try to correct the issue. Spent a lot of money on a messed up jacket and their reply is oh well. can't wait to see how they screw up the announcements and cap/gown. Next call is to better business burea.

Just before the 2022 holidays we took our graduating daughter to select her class ring. Her glowing appreciation seem to match her chosen ruby red gemstone. Although I believe every graduation class deserves more than a piece of jewelry to match their cap and gown. They deserve a peaceful understanding that with graduation, adds a piece of liberty to their resume. We are born into this world without choosing our birth name. We do not choose the time we are born. Thereby the zodiac sign we inherit is not one we choose for ourselves. Just as you do not choose the mascot for your schooling institution. Your class ring is more than just choosing a gemstone that is suitable fitting. It is a sneak preview of your soon to be future. A future with free will, to live by the life choices of your own choosing.

Herff Jones of Las Vegas located in a business complex, off Rancho and Rainbow. After reading an announcement from my daughters school about ordering her graduation package. I decided to head up to Herff Jones on my own time to beat the crowd. As for the place itself, it's easily spotted right off Rainbow. The parking structure seems a bit off, cause you have to drive a bit down the road, maybe 600 ft or less then make a u-turn to get to the front of their office, but overall, you can't really miss it. The inside of the office, is kind of small, but a decent size to handle their business. It is nice and well decorated, but limited spacing, that if you go, that you probably want to go with your teenager and yourself. Just in case it gets a tad bit crowded. Cause I can see, it can cause a bit of a problem during peak season. I went to the office on my own, cause when I tried to do stuff online, it wanted the whole payment up front, but going to the office, you can do a down payment and make payments online or in person. I like the option that you can make payments, just have to order in person, then they'll let you know how you can make payments. Arriving at the office, which was locked, and had to ring the doorbell, I was greeted by their consultant Cheryl. I think she was a bit surprised that some one showed up out of no where and wasn't really expecting anyone and she was the only one there. But she was professional, very nice and helped me through the process. She made sure that my daughter's name was spelled right, and double checked everything as well as help me order the class ring that my daughter wanted. She also did her best to upsell other items, which were very tempting. I wish I could get everything that she offered but I had to limit my budget. Even though I could of made payments down the road, the main focus was making sure that my daughter got her stuff for her graduation and everything that came with it. I did get a Proud Parent t-shirt, for me and the wife, but the main focus was getting the stuff for my daughter's graduation. But she was very nice and very understanding, and would highly recommend the place for future graduates. After all the upselling and getting the total, I was able to give her a down payment, which I did 50% to get things going. Cheryl did mention that she was willing to work with you if your down payment was less than 50%. As long as you can have your full payment paid off prior to pick up at your student's school. I read some where that it can be up to 12-16 weeks, but, it's probably depending on the schedule of each School's pick up. In other words, it's probably best to get it done as soon as your teenager gets their measurements done. To give you enough time to put a down payment and be able to make payments prior before their school pick up, which could be 12-16 weeks. I also read some where that any late orders can probably be picked up at the office when ready. Cheryl made sure I got the information needed, as well as understanding how the process goes. Overall, great company from m point of view and highly recommended. I would suggest to do things right away once your teen knows that Herff Jones is at their school or any announcements that the school makes regarding Herff Jones. Make sure you find a time that's not busy or not during peak period, then it's an easy process. After my daughter got her measurements from her school event, I went on my own while she was in school. I made sure I knew what she wanted and all her information needed. It made the process easy. You'll probably spend 15-30 minutes there, but at least I did it before it got busy. That's my thoughts, and suggestions. Thank you to Cheryl, who was really helpful, thank you for Lane Larson, the owner of Herff Jones of Las Vegas for providing everything needed for these graduates to have to make their year special. You awesome!

You can never get a correct answer from this company. We ordered our daughters package in Feb. we got some of the items right. Due to running out some items had to be ordered. The last items we needed where my daughters jacket, graduation announcements and some proud parent items. Because no one knows whats going on at this place I had to drive there and ask in person. We got her graduation announcements 3 weeks before graduation. Her jacket was to be delivered before graduation. Jacket still has not arrived. I reached out to the local rep and was told its not here im just an answering service and someone will call u back sometime next week. I called the corporate office and was told let me get that department for you. I was transferred to a tele marketer for medicare, auto insurance and road side assistance. I guess corporate is the same way.Push CCSD to get a new vender that cares about service not how much money they can milk from people.Finely spoke to a real person. They gave me some song and dance that everything is delayed. My daughters jacked should have been shipped but for some reason its another 1-2 weeks before it ships. I told the lady we where told that we would have it in time for graduation. Well that never happened. I asked for a 25% discount for them not honoring the by graduation delivery. I was told the GM would call me when he gets the chance but he is out of town till further notice. They refused to call or text him to call me. I again asked for the discount and was told that they dont give discounts or refunds. I told her to read the yelp reviews. She could of cared less and said she would never promise a delivery date. I told her it was a man in the office. Herff Jones corporate doesnt even know who the jacket vender is. CCSD needs a new graduation vender.Lane Larson only care about himself and making money to line his pockets. He doesnt care how his people and company screw people over. If Mr. Larson cared he would be on top of thing and orders. Mr. Larson if you see this please own your mistakes and make things right with people. On 6/8/22 someone reached out vis email from their corporate office but only after I filed a complaint with the BBB. Still no contact from the local office.Received a call from the local office owner on 6/9/22. He was unaware of any of the issues that I had with my daughters jacket and his staff. Jacket was finally delivered. We agreed on a discount which is being processed by the corporate office as of 6/24/22.
