  Horrible experience. Me & my mother in law were visiting from Washington and came to this store. Not sure her name but she was not helpful. We had a giftcard that we got my MIL for her birthday and she wanted to use. When we swiped it said “swipe failed” and the lady kept saying the giftcard doesn’t work there is no money. Which is not true we know there is money. She was not trying to help and kept trying to push us to call the number and said there is nothing she can do. Horrible customer service and embarrassing assuming there wasn’t any money. I called the number and they said the stores are supposed to help you and resolve it. Yeah exactly no help.

  I was impressed by my first experience at Hermes, Sean took care of my sister and I with kindness and attentiveness as we looked through several categories including leather goods, silks, jewelry, and shoes. We have not bought anything from them before but Sean made our experience a memorable one. My sister ended up picking out her first ever scarf.He really went above and beyond to help me look for something I liked but unfortunately this store only has limited stock, mostly in classic colors like gold, etoupe, black, rose mauve when I was really looking for something bright like malachite. That's okay though as Sean was really pleasant and knowledgeable, and treated us with respect and kindness even though we were dressed in sweatpants and only had our gym bags! Thank you for a great experience! We will definitely be back to visit.

  This store reminds me of the walking dead.I went there today. Sales are super unfriendly and rude, especially a Chinese sales. They don’t even say hi and seems like we have to begging them. I don’t know why Hermes hiring these kind of sales. They don’t even want to sell anything to clients. Crystal Hermes is way better than Wynn and this location.

  This is my third time visit Hermes Bellagio and I met the best SA. Jenna is so kind and professional always does her best to help me get the items what I would love to get. Since there is no Hermes boutique in my town I have contacted her whenever I need to purchase something and she has been more than happy to help me and makes my shopping experience with Hermes amazing. I will definitely visit Hermes Bellagio next time very soon. Thank you Jenna. ?

  STAY AWAY from this Hermes store location at the Bellagio Vegas.I has the WORST shopping experience. I was trying to buy a scarf at this location with the sale person # 200371 - Nicholas. When I first enter the store, NO ONE greet me. OK whatever.I saw a nice scraf, so I bought it and has it shipped to me. THREE phone calls and many text messages later, I still DO NOT know where is my scarf. Let alone when to expect to receive it.Is it STILL at the store? Somewhere in Vegas? in US? Where in the world is it?Is this store NEVER bother to ship it?Save yourself all these craziness and order online or goes somewhere else.

  PSA; If you're not Chinese, don't feel bad when you enter the store if the Chinese SAs don't respond.When I visited the newly opened store in Bellagio, there were a lot of Chinese-speaking women who seemed to be SA. They just saw me and stood right next to me and didn't even say hello. I felt so bad. Turned out they only seemed to deal with Chinese customers. Just wearing scarves going back and forth in the store and doing nothing made me very annoyed. Don't let the Hermes brand name down in such a ridiculous way of operating. It should be revamped and managed properly.

  The Hermes location inside the Bellagio is simply the best! The staff are kind and helpful. Don’t be discouraged if they are busy, it just may take more time to get assistance but they will always do their best. Coming to this store is one of my favourite parts of my trips to Las Vegas.

  I came to this store on a girl’s trip to Las Vegas and of course I wanted to treat myself to something nice. I have access to two Hermes store where I live but haven’t encountered anyone I “clicked” with. You know, the One. Hahaha. I think everyone understands.So I went to all three stores in Vegas. Yes all three! I dropped by the Bellagio location to try to meet up with my friend’s SA but she wasn’t working. Instead, I met a lovely SA named Ting Ting. She showed me shoes, belts, clothes, blankets, etc. but they didn’t have everything I was looking for and I wanted to try my luck at the Wynn. She actually encouraged me to check out other stores. It truly felt that she wanted me to have what I was looking for even though she had spent a considerable amount of time with me. So I went to the Wynn and while I did get good service, I felt I was only one of many shoppers passing through.Again no connection, so on my last day and hours before I was due to fly back home, I came back to the Bellagio. While the Wynn store has the most stock and I therefore a higher likelihood of securing items I wanted, I really enjoyed the no pressure but delightfully helpful service I received from Ting Ting. Bellagio has more limited selection (this is their temp location) but Ting Ting really helped me pick out some quality pieces and her recommendations were spot on. I left with a pair of shoes, a belt, some house wears and a new Sale associate! I would definitely recommend giving them a try if you like attentive, quality service. Ting Ting thanks so much! See you on my next trip!

  It’s me and husband 25th anniversary and finally we can visit Vegas again! I came in intention to purchase my anniversary gift. First store I visited was The Shops at Crystals Store, the front door person assigned me to a SA and you can right away feel she doesn’t want to help me to help me at all. Honestly, I am working at luxury retail over 10 years now and I know a lots of SA judges client before they speak to the client and which is BIG NO for luxury retail. Anyway, I left the store less than 5 mins and straight to Bellagio location and I am so glad I met CHLOIE at Hermès Bellagio, she is AMAZING! Very professional and helpful! I am SUPER HAPPY for my experience and absolutely will contact her for my wish list before I visit Vegas next time. Thank you very much and look forward to visit your store again!

  The sales person helped me right away as a walk in and was very patient while I browsed several scarves. I didn't notice the snooty vibe I was expecting. I would shop this locale again.

  I love anything and everything Hermes. And have been to a few other stores. This one, while beautifully curated was limited in its selection. I came with the intention of buying 2 Hermes clic bracelets but they only had one in the color I wanted. I happily bought up the white + gold one, though.I was also interested in the brown Oran sandals but alas, they only had Black. Which served me well since I wear so much black anyways.Do note that browsing isn't an option as you're paired with an associate who escorts you the entire time. There are some positives and negatives there depending on how you shop.

  My SA Bonnie is the best! She's super friendly and most of all patient. She helped me get what I was looking for. She wasn't stuck up just like the other SAs at Hermes.
