I once rented a car at hertz in California and they charge me 3x the price bc the car I reserved was not available. This location upgraded my car without a charge .crystal was sweet . Will definitely be back if I'm ever in town again :)

I have never been so disrespected in my life. I set up months in advance to rent a 4x4 vehicle at the centennial location and the moment of pickup day the location was closed at 11am. No email, no notice put my family in a bind driving into the snow later then expected due to having to find a rental location with a 4x4. Enterprise down the street had a rental quickly and promptly available for my family to save our vacation. When I called customer service there was nothing they could do no discount at a later time no help at all and extremely rude. If I could id give them negative stars as they have no excuse for what happened not notifying a paying customer is beyond a slap in the face horrible business. Save your money all head down to Enterprise down on skypoint and they will hook you up.

These people are crooks. I was quoted $484 dollars for a week of rental taxes and fees included. They hit my credit card with three different charges now totaling $937. Stay away from this place.

I can't say enough nice things about the team here! After having some trouble with the staff at another Hertz location, this team went above and beyond to accommodate me. They even got me a shuttle from my home, to their location, so I could pick up my car. The car was charged, washed, and the team was super friendly and professional. From now on, I'll just go here first! Thanks for saving the day!

Car that was given to me wreaks like an ashtray. Highly sensitive to 'smoke' and the smell of it. I am now at my destination, 100's of miles away with a vehicle I do not want to drive. The smell just seems to be getting worse as time goes on. This is total nonsense. I have rented from Hertz in the past multiple times with no issues until now. I will be reporting this to the BBB and escalating my complaint to corporate. This vehicle should never have been gieven out until the smell was fully cleaned/taken care of. Hertz claims there vehicles are smoke free. obviously not.

Very unprofessional, difficult to get them on the phone if you can your lucky,be very careful,they are in league with Jim marsh dealership,he may own it also,Jim marsh,Jim marsh dealership tells you that you need a rental and they send you there,hertz,all down hill after that,cost me $200 dollars for what was suppose to be a 2 day repair,that still isn't fixed,Jim marsh Chrysler jeep

Don't advertise the Tesla Model 3 as a rental option if you guys can't deliver.We've always had horrible service with Hertz. It's a cheap service for a reason.

The woman behind the counter is rude and heartless. She actually made my 70 years old handicapped mother, who was barely able to walk and was carrying a catheter bag, come inside to verify it was her!! Who does that? Because Enterprise didn't!!!

I got up early in the morning to reserve a car so there would be no problems when we arrived. Our reservation was for 9:30 am, reservation was made at 6:20 am.Apparently, they do not look at online reservations when they come in. It is strictly first come first serve basis, and who you know. The reservation means to hold, set aside.Please stop offering reservations if it is useless. We went to enterprise and was treated with respect and honesty.
