1hr wait for the line + 2 hours just to wait for the car + every staff is rude! place is garbage. go somewhere else

Walked in to Gold members counter to pick up my reservation. The workerdidn’t even look up from their newspaper before vaguely pointing me in the direction of where my rental would be parked. They said there wasn’t even a stall number assigned. When I walked out into the area, none of the information matched. There were other confused customers as well. I went back in two more times, each with the same result. One woman refused to quit gossiping with her coworker. The third time I went out, a younger employee in the lot came and instructed us that we were in the wrong area, and pointed us to a different part of the lot. An unexpected $500 and and hour later, I ended up driving away with a car that wasn’t even what I reserved, I just wanted to get out of there after a long flight.

We needed a quick affordable rental for an overnight trip and Hertz was amazing, again. Our rental agent (I think her name was Shaikita) was pleasant and efficient. The environment was clean and fun as the other workers were decorating for St. Patrick's Day and enjoying the day. The car was perfect and comfortable for our needs. The return agent was friendly also and the return process was quick and easy. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is this location closes at noon on Sat and closed on Sundays. If they were open on Sundays to return a vehicle I would go to no other place. ?

Would be zero stars . The male agent ( can’t remember his name ) there was extremely hostile and rude . Made it seem like having customers was an inconvenience. Avoid this location.

Booked our rental car without a problem. Went for a nice 30 minute walk from our hotel to Hertz only to find out they were over booked for the day. The lady working was unhelpful and seemed disinterested in even speaking with us, never mind trying to help fix the situation. Worst experience at a rental car company in my life. Would not recommend using Hertz at 1815 E. Sahara Avenue, Las Vegas.

Horrible customer service. They sent back 4 people who had been waiting to pick up cars saying they were closed to the airport pickup. Horrible lady at the counterAvoid!

Easily the worst car rental facilities. Tried to make me pay almost double of what I reserved online then still overcharged my credit card without my consent.Terrible service, waited over 40mins while there was no lineups, handed me the wrong car key with an nearly empty tank. Careless employee just day dreaming at work.Do yourself a favour, rent your car from other companies or facilities.

We booked a rental car here to avoid a few hundred dollars of airport pickup fees. Initially they didn’t have the car we booked and we almost had drive back to the airport to exchange for a car that would suite our needs, HOWEVER after a little wait a car came in that would suit us. They cleaned it up quick and sent us on our way. We had to wait maybe 30-45 minutes, but ended up with a great car for less than $300 for the week. The staff (I forget they names) were friendly and helpful.

This review is for excellent customer service on rental car with Nikki. Nikki cares for the customer needs when it comes to rental. She is kind-hearted and really patient. We were glad that we met with her. Hertz rental at Sahara should be really proud to have u in their team. Really outstanding customer service. Keep up the great work, Nikki. She made it easy for pick up and drop off. She made it convenient for time to drop in the keys as we were running a little late from long drive. Thank you for the extraInsurance coverage advise and helping us through with the process. Amazing job Nikki. She has a bright future. She brings so much joy and fun with customers. She is positive and confident.

I was required to use Hertz to rent a car after an accident with my own car. I made an appointment for 10am and didn't get assistance until 1145am. They didn't have the car I reserved and went through 2 others while I was there because they lost the keys. There were only 2 staff members taking care of over a dozen people. I was late to work due to this and am very unhappy with the way they set up how they take care of customers. I don't blame the staff and feel sorry for them. Shame on Hertz.

I had a fantastic experience with Hertz thanks to Socorro. She was super friendly and very down to earth. Socorro was extremely professional and very patient/gracious with me during my rental process. I definitely will be renting from Hertz in the future.

Do NOT expect to have your car ready even if you book online in advance. We reserved our car over a week in advance but when we went there, they said there were no cars available at the moment.We waited 2 hours just for them to tell us they only had a bigger car available which was double the price of the car we had booked. Other customers in line with us were told the same thing. It felt like a scam to get more money by leaving us no options but to upgrade the cars.
