If youre not going to accommodate your guests in the room requested a month in advance, just flat out state it on your website or while we make the reservation. That way i dont take my heavy camera gear to photograph the strip at night. If other hotels can do it, you guys can as well.Noteworthy details: Will not accommodate in requested rooms.

I reserved a 2 bedroom room several months ago and even messaged the hotel a few times advising of my late check-in. Upon arrival at 11pm, I get to find out that they somehow got "overbooked"... that's the fancy way to say they messed up and gave my room to someone else so here we are, after almost 6 hours flight, standing in the lobby waiting for someone to make magic and find me a room. They wanted to give me 2 small rooms, which I refused because we are 4 with 2 kids that can not sleep together. So far, this place deserves zero stars. To continue after we finally got our room, this place is actually very nice, especially if you want to save $ and cook here. The hotel gallery doesn't show the details of the full kitchen, which is something I wanted to know, so for those who wonder the same, they do have the basic cookware needed to make your own food and all dinnerware needed for up to 6 people (in our room).I am sharing pictures of all kitchen items you will find here. After my check-in nightmare, this hotel is definitely a good one. I receive daily text messages from room service asking if I need anything, so the communication here is great through text messaging.I do not like the a/c system, I like sleeping with 65°F and the room doesn't get as cold enough for me. The lowest setting in the thermostat is 66°F but it didn't feel like it gets that cold. The a/c vent is on the wall, almost touching the ceiling, and i can't make the air blow towards the bed, so a good recommendation is to add ceiling fans in all bedrooms.

Right in the middle of the strip, this place is a gem. The front desk was very accommodating and was able to check me in early since my flight arrived early. I really appreciated that, I was ready to leave my bag and stroll around but they offered more than I can expect. Well done. This place is clean and well maintained. Disregard the improvement behind the building but in all honesty I barely heard any noise from the construction. I am happy that my room has its own coffee maker, fridge and microwave not that they don't have coffee at the shop but just the convenience that I can wake up early, enjoy a cup to wake up my senses. I can warm my leftover food anytime. Thank you Hilton for the wonderful stay, it's not just a bed to sleep, it feels like home.Rooms: Clean rooms and well utilized spacesNearby activities: EatalyArte museumLuxury shopsBrew DogHard RockMGMMile shopsBellagioCaesars PalaceExcaliburLuxorSafety: Safe to walk around even at nightWalkability: 5 min walk to Brew Dog9 min to Eataly15 min to the Arte Museum20 mins to BellagioYou will cross an overpass, some will have working escalators but be prepared.

We've stayed here 3 times and it's always been good never anything to complain about. The downstairs market was really good as well as the target right near the hotel. All 3 times we got conjoining rooms/family suites and they are brilliant, they always feel like home and we never want to leave, the rooftop is amazing to look at the strip and you can see a bit of the sphere. We walked pretty much everywhere as the location was amazing. The staff is always so friendly, walking around they will always smile.

Takishima at the desk was amazing. She was extremely helpful and ensured that we were taken care of throughout our stay. We are very appreciative towards her.

The people here were very responsive to our needs. We had some plumbing issues that they resolved within 20 minutes. I loved the view from our room, even with the construction happening below.I loved the location. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go.I will definitely stay here again.

I can say that since we arrived to Check In they gave me 1 room with a double bed and it is for 6 people which I paid for, I had to go down and explain why they gave me 1 room if it was a Suite and 2 rooms, and the rooms were attached because we are family but NO, they gave me very separate rooms explaining that the rules are that they be separated to avoid causing scandals!... we are 4 adults and 2 children, incredible they gave me from end to end!... plus it took a long time in the reception didn't even give me 1 water, I had to check the room since the deposit is $250 dollars each and I have to check everything, in the bathroom one of the doors was badly placed and broken, I went to complain immediately because we didn't want to be charged and they said it's our fault and yes, they fixed it immediately... We wanted to go into the pool and what do you think, it was closed for the cold season!... I have a pool at home and I can heat it, it's incredible that such a hotel can't heat it to the water, since they surely have enough money to be able to have the facilities at 100%... I still don't understand it. They must put that in their policies when wanting to reserve and if you go in the current season March 2024... It is under construction, you must make a small path to get to the parking lot and you must walk a lot too... to be able to go outside, construction is equal to noise, if you stay 3 nights on any day they will not clean the room and less the change of towels, valet parking costs $20 dollars a day. ONE OF THE ROOMS HAD A GOOD VIEW OF THE HOTELS AND THE OTHER A VIEW OF THE PARKING... I must I must admit that all the staff I met were friendly.Walkability: Quite a bit, since it is under construction and renovationNoteworthy details: The pool is closed for the season, something strange since they can't heat the pool? Being a huge hotel and they charge $$$ I don't understand it!

The property is ideally located in the middle of the Vegas strip. Hilton has made improvements since taking over. Rooms are nicely modernized, but one thing I do hope they change is the wrought iron end tables they use as coffee tables in front of sofas. I can't count the number of times my wife and I banged our shins and stubbed our toes on the sharp edges of the metal legs.BEWARE....Noise from two adjacent construction projects will worsen over at least the next 15 months.

They have the most stringent, unnecessary cancellation policy. I tried to add my sister to a reservation and it was like they were breaking into a full NASA secure system how they couldn’t even try to help and then our flight got rescheduled (out of anyones control) we called as soon as we were notified and they tried to charge us a no show fee, we then contacted the third party we booked through to get money back for the first night and again, they just figured free money for zero service was better than nothing or helping us out for something out of our control. USELESS CROOKS, how does a massive company like this not even ATTEMPT to make it easy on a few people. Travel is stressful enough, I had my senior parents with me and the staff here were the least understanding group I had ever spoken to. I have been to Vegas 8 times and stayed somewhere different each time… and I would never recommend this place to anyone purely based on their lack of service.Spent hours on this help line they told me to go to for not much more help but being told no and now a case being open? Not really sure what solutions have been made but I’m still frustrated at how this is being handled.Walkability: Close to other hotels and good location on the strip. If you are looking for actual good recommendations, I have been to Las Vegas 8 times.

Old hotel, loud construction that starts at 7 am. Housekeeping took my charger and cords and the hotel was very unhelpful in locating it for me.

Right off the strip within walking distance of everything. Tons of close things nearby to do. Very clean rooms with great bathrooms (good water pressure!) and built in mini kitchens. Beds are comfortable and everything worked well staying here. I hope to be able to do it again!
