H&M is always a solid stop for trendy, affordable fashion, and this location didn’t disappoint. The store was clean, well-organized, and fully stocked with everything from basics to bold seasonal pieces. I appreciated the wide range of sizes and the friendly staff who were quick to help when I couldn’t find something. The fitting rooms were clean and easy to access, which isn’t always the case in busy retail spots. Great for a quick wardrobe refresh without breaking the bank!

Bad service. I arrived at the store 20 minutes early and then I wanted to try on 2 shirts, so a person named David didn't let me try the clothes and told me that the store was already closed, it wasn't going to take long and he didn't let me try the clothes and had a very bad attitude

The blonde haired girl that attended me at the POS area was extremely rude. She had an attitude the whole time. I reciprocated the energy midway to which she seemed to be annoyed by. I don’t know what she expected. I understand retail can be draining at times, but there is no need to be rude unprovoked.

Had my shopping bag from another store stolen from me at this store tonight. My fault for putting it down for one second trying on a jacket, but nearly caught the woman and two children that did it. I realized 30 seconds later and she had already fled the store. It was sophisticated enough of a steal for me to tell management, who was uninterested and unwilling to help until I pestered them enough to take my number. Hope it was worth it

Downloaded the app while was at store after it was recommended by one of the sales reps so I could save some extra money with a 10% off first purchase and told sometimes the prices are less expensive in the app. Which they were. There were five of us looking to purchase matching suits for a wedding party. After deciding everything we wanted and using the app to purchase, or I should say attempt to purchase the 18 items in the shopping cart and after filling out all the information for shipping and billing and attempting to run a credit card, the app presented a code RM1. Saying to please check payment information. After confirming, the information was all correct and attempting again to complete the purchase, it gave me the same code. So I tried again with a different credit card in which it gave me the same code twice more. Finally tried a third time with another credit card and gave the same code again. After getting an immediate notification from my credit card company confirming the purchase on the last credit card. I then asked one of the employees in the store what was going on, and why it’s saying it’s not going through, but still charging my credit card. They didn’t have an answer but told me to call customer service. I called customer service and was on the phone with them for an hour and 22 minutes, trying to understand why my credit card was being authorized five times, and holding up now over $3000. In available funds. During that time I was told it’s just an authorization and should be cleared in 72 hours. I was also told that there was no purchase order that they could find in their computer, which I find interesting for them not to have an order, but you have an authorization, I mean FIVE authorizations on my credit cards. I asked how do you have charges on my credit card for your company but you don’t have a purchase order. I stated that somebody might consider that to be a fraudulent or illegal transaction and was given no definitive answer to how you can have an authorization on credit card five times but not have a sales order. I also learned that you cannot charge more than $200 the first time you want to use the app. Which supposedly is in the fine print under terms and conditions which I still have not been able to find on the app anywhere, and have never heard of such a limitation for an online order off a company’s app. Since yesterday when all of this happened, the price of the 18 items I had in my cart has gone up over $200.FYI. I asked the customer service rep if they could honor the prices that I had for the items in my cart and asked them to expedite the shipping to next day shipping for me on their dime instead of having to spend 25 extra dollars on the items that I’m now three days behind receiving due to their error and was told they could not do that for me. The customer service rep was reading from a script and was inputting my information into her computer, which basically spit out the answers that she was able to give me. I asked to talk to a supervisor and was denied and told this is all they could do and once again would have to wait 72 hours and then if it’s not cleared from my credit card company to contact them again. I will update this review in two days if my credit card is still pending. The store itself is nice and staff was very pleasant. This review is mostly about the app and would give it zero stars but since this app is my first experience with this store it gets this rating and review. I hope somebody in the store will read this and maybe they can have a little more of an influence than what a new potential good customer did to fix this glitch…..

Me and my fiancée experience was okay it was a big white guy with a beard on the upper level and I was about to walk in to fitting room to try on a shirt and he was very rude to me of if he told me someone was in there it felt like he was racial profiling me because I was black but it was definitely uncomfortable. And another guy who was at check out was super dry came off as rude he looks like the guy from upstairs. Whoever the store manager is I hope they deal with that problem because it was very uncomfortable

I had one of the most terrible experience at this location last week. The issue was you can’t return purchased online home H&M item ( that is fine end of the day. However, non of my recipes says it and I did it not too long time ago).One of manager (Daven. not sure if I spell his name correctly) talked with me really arrogant, short and constantly rolling his eyes. I had feeling it’s because of my nationality. Welcome to Summerlin.
